Aussie - a broken man?

There was a time when Aussie the Lawyer could grind out 20 pages in a night with the typical he said, she said over a grain of sand - with whoever decided to take Aussie on. He was tenacious in his trivial, pedantic and taxi driving.

These days, he seems a broken man. I keep envisioning him retired before his days, aging before his years. Sitting in a waterchair in some aged facility now - just doing Wordles to pass the day between continence pad changes. Gone are his wonder years of battles with Gordo or Set.

What has happened to the once notorious Aussie the Lawyer? Was he suddenly 'broken' by a member here? Did he realise he shouldn't have slept with Marla after paying for her fare over here? Has he lost his piercing steely blue eyes in the bushes while playing golf? Did he get sued by Bill Hunter for impersonating him without permission?

Gone are the days of Aussie.
