After the tabulation is supplied to the office of secretary of state, Hobbs can then certify the results, but wait there is more , after Hobbs the results are then certified by the Governor and the attorney general.

I will write this slowly so even you can understand.

At no point does the office of secretary of state, see, touch, tabulate or have any contact with the actual ballots.

The only problems that Maricopa county has had with elections has been in dealing with the republican lies. No there was no sweet and sour sauce in the ballot forms and yes when the crazy ninja's counted the votes Biden did win by more.

This county had 3 recounts plus the original count and they all got the same result.
