I think it was 31 years ago when I last watched an episode of Sesame Street. Even at 12 years of age, I had the impression that a late 50s actor on the show would not be far away from retirement. He had been on the show for 10 years before I was born. For some reason, he only retired in 2016. I have to admit, that is dedication.
