Exactly - so you feel the way forward is for everyone to be able to lay claim to whatever they want? You know where that leads, don't you?

I have - at the same time as advocating for no land rights claims under existing law - advocated for no mining rights claims ... guess you missed that.

If there is a need for referenda - it is about some of the outdated laws by which companies and individuals and groups can just lay claim to sovereign resources including land... as Old Lang did with those iron ore deposits... it was KNOWN they were there long before... the Japanese wanted to build an iron works there in the 1920's and mine that ore for it .... inside job for a mate again... you know how that works in Australia..

That old Imperial colonial style of laying claim is long gone and has no place in the modern era... whether it be some Abo waltzing over a hill and saying this is a nice place - I gunna claim 'im - or a modern day Captain Lecrooc or Ling Hau Cooc arriving here and laying claim to Australia .... or some mining group or similar coming across a nice plot of ore and saying - this is a nice place - I gunna claim 'im .... same deal, different Imperialist colonialism.

Australia has a lot of growing up to do... as do many other countries in this poor old world.

One rule for you - you can't just go out and claim something... and another for business and Abos.... well - they can sit on that!!
