Well, I've had 4 Covid vaccinations in the past 18 months and my GP called me about an hour ago with the results of the blood tests I had done last week and he says everything is fine.
The one I was really interested in was my PSA which has now dropped further to 0.31 ug/l. It was 0.64 ug/l six months ago.
You may have to look that one up, of course.
And the remaining half of my thyroid has picked up hormone production levels so it is almost the same as a complete thyroid.
Seems like some pretty good results for "one of the vaxed".

these sort of results are part of the disease model of health care.
we dont have a minister for health
we have a minister for disease.
i would be more impressed re your health if you said
'i can get up from my chair to standing in 1 second'
"i can balance on one leg with my eyes closed for 10 seconds"
'i can hang from a tree branch for 30 seconds'
"i can achieve a state of "ease" not 'disease" and sleep soundly for 7 hours a night"
these are the relative results you should be aiming for.
the medical model requires you to be sick so they can sell you the solution.
if your doctor, your laboratory and your chemist really cared about your health, they would being doing high 5's when you never had to see them (though this may result in their bottom line suffering)
That's great news Carl. Well done.
As per usual , there is a LOT to agree with on AquaScoots posting.
You see a doctor when you are sick or for annual checkups.
You can do more for your health in the other 364 days than your doctor can in a 30 minute consultation.
I don't mean really fancy stuff, just normal sensible decisions.
Do a bit of an activity regularly.
Eat some salads, fruits and veges.
eg, We went for a stroll in a local forest this morning for 30 mins.
Now looking at getting a few meters of mulch delivered that we will wheelbarrow around.
