If your military needs help fighting enemies, then it needs to learn to make more friends beyond its borders and ask them to send their 'militaries' instead.

The Ramses II Egyptians used Art to economically break its enemies.

We only have pro-British 'royal' military and American Mercenaries here. There is no 'independent' pro-Australian military here running its own show. Hell, they even stole the slouch hat from the French musketeers. Grin
