they commit massively more crimes than any other social group and that's saying something....

many choose to live in the Ning Nang Nong; many drink too much and fight too much; they abandon jobs and wander off to party for days (Maoris do it sometimes, too); they often have records for violence and are unnecessarily violent sometimes on the job; those who live in the Ning Nang Nong are far better off than the poor people living in the cities - but I've explained that all to you - they get all their enhanced traditional ways for food etc and cop fortnightly cash as well..... sandy beaches drinking rum every night....

You know the Territory? The place where the biggest number of black skinned Aboriginals live?

Wrong. Black aboriginals have demonstrably worse social outcomes, as already mentioned (health, life expectancy, incarceration). And workers in age- and child care, mostly women, are underpaid, which also is not a myth.

The obsolete concept of 'national sovereignty' prevented the 'establishment of rules accepted by all'.
