I haven't been to Proxima 5 either or been near a dark star.
But James Webb and Mr Hubble tell and show me all about it.

Did you know that Physicists say that the Universe is 'flat'.
Kinda makes you wonder about this planet - eh?

Your point being FD?

Some go out into the world.
Some have the world come to them.

Oh, my apologies - I've been 'interstate' often.
I've even lived in the monastries high up in the Himalayas off the beaten track.

Many agree that the war in Ukraine should end as soon as possible in order to prevent the catastrophic consequences of that conflict.
One of the ways to achieve long-term peace in Ukraine, considering the real situation on the ground, is the application of the Australian model of the political system, which has proven to be very successful.
As we know, the Australian political system is based on the continuity of belonging of Australia and the majority of its citizens to the British (Anglo-Saxon) historical, national and cultural identity, just as it is the case with Ukraine and Russia. Consequently, as a result of that, Australia has its own parliament and prime minister where English is accepted as the official language of that country.
The British monarch is at the same time the head of the Australian state, as well as the commander-in-chief of the Australian armed forces, represented by the governor-general of Australia.
Applying the same constitutional model, Ukraine would have its own parliament and prime minister, where the official language would be Russian, with the use of all other languages permitted. The Russian president will be at the same time Ukrainian head of state and the commander-in-chief  of the Ukrainian armed forces, and he would be represented by the governor general of Ukraine.
Such a solution would ensure peace and prosperity in Ukraine and Europe, just as it was the case with Australia, Canada or New Zealand.

I don't think Australia has ever handed control of our military to an enemy state.

Are you saying that Britain is an enemy state to Australia?????????
Shocked

No athos.

Have you ever been to Australia?

These are irrelevant questions.
Please stick to the topic.
Thank you

What is the topic? You merely strung together some mindless gibberish, then failed to comprehend the response you got.

How to achieve peace and stop the unnecessary loss of Ukrainian and Russian lives.

I know few will understand it or even believe it but Russia asked to join NATO soon after the fall of the Soviet Union. The weapons suppliers needed tensions to continue for increased sales and the request was denied. George H W Bush and Dick Chaney declared Russia the enemy that needed to be punished for the sins of the Soviet Union and that continues to this day! If Russia had felt secure in their Borders this invasion would have never happened. I don't support Putin in any way but I understand his motivation!

The communists killed far more people than the Nazis. It's easy to dismiss them today, because reality has taken all the appeal away from the ideology, but they were probably a bigger threat to civilisation. The system that has since emerged in Russia is still not one I would trust. They are just one charismatic leader away from dictatorship.

Having multinational organisations with genuine clout that are not infested with tinpot dictators is a good thing. The tension would not disappear just because Russia was allowed to join NATO.

It's absolutely wrong statement.

In fact, the British colonial dictators and their colonists killed many more people than the Nazis, including
native Australians, among others.

Luckily no. Why would I go to a 'goomba' nation of stupidity that is physically strong in its large populations of poverty with only a few brain cells up top ruling its ever action?

Do you need to go into a Prison to know what Prisoners are like?

I would put zero value in someone who had never been to prison telling me what it is like on the inside.

I have spent over 12 months in the US and Canada, on several trips. I never once felt unsafe.

Because you work for ASIO and MI6. I guess it was a business trip.

Yes.  The Table of Precedence for the Commonwealth of Australia confirms
this—except for the following:

However, the British monarch is not the commander of the Australian
armed forces

That position is occupied by General Angus Campbell as Chief of the Defence Force.
The Chief of the Defence Force has primary responsibility for the command of the
Australian Defence Force (ADF). This role arises directly from section 10 of the
Defence Act 1903, whereby the Chief of the Defence Force commands the ADF
under direction of the Minister.

In practice, the governor-general does not play an active part in the ADF's
command structure
, and the elected government controls the ADF.

No. The CCP has killed more Chinese, Tibetans, Mongolians, (anyone it could get its hands on), than all the people killed in WW2. A few more million will be added to that number over the next few months through its mishandling of its viral pandemic.

How many relatives have you lost already?

Australia is not meant for Brits, Yanks and other Western Anglo-Saxon or even Mafia-Media 'viewers'.

N.America (Western Europe's)
Sahul (Eastern Europe's)
Oceania (Southern Europe's)
Europe (Northern Europe's)

...yep, Australia's future will be totally 'Slavic-bound'.
That's right - Russians, Ukrainians and other Slavs will inherit the future of this country.
The Western European's are only here by default via UK & USA. They can't 'cross the line' - to make this a successful colony. Hell - they've had 235 years and they still can't cut the mustard in this part of the world.

The role of the Governor-General
https://www.gg.gov.au/about-governor-general/role-governor-general
Australian constitution says:
The Governor-General of Australia is His Majesty The British King’s representative.
The Governor-General is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Australian Defense Force.

Everything else is in contrary with Australian constitution like "In practice" and other consolatory crap.
Face the truth and accept the fact that you are even not a citizen but only a subject of his British Majesty.
