Apparently there was a search done with the FBI yesterday and found a few more documents so this is different.

It still wasn't a raid. They are saying another 6 possibly classified documents.

Yes.  A collaborative search.

Biden invited them in.

The total is about 30 documents now.

Bidens home was raided and more stolen documents located.

Question is how many Chinese and Russian agents had access to these docs.

Yer as lying piece of dog crap Steampipe. There was no raid by the FBI.

There was a pre-arranged mutually consensual voluntary search.

FBI searched Biden's home and found more classified documents, his lawyer says

The FBI do collaborative searches now, is this in keeping with the new woke movement. I'm struggling to find sense in someone inviting the FBI to come and search their home when they have staff that are paid to do that type of work. I can understand him inviting them over for a meal or even to a book signing but out of the blue he invites the FBI to come over and search his home.

Do the general public get the same deal on these collaborative searches, All you have to do is invite the FBI to search your home and if they find anything then obviously you didn't know it was there.

You don't get it do you.

Why would you invite the FBI, Biden has paid staff that take care of his documents, Why would you use the FBI to find documents in your home, were they secretly stashed in places that Biden could not find, did he have drawers that he didn't know were there. What could a FBI agent find that a paid professional office manager could not find in his own office.  Biden needs to sack some of his staff if they don't know what documents should or should not be in his home.

But I don't believe Biden "invited them" that's just a bit too far out there to be real.

Why would you invite the FBI,

They're the ones who ultimately oversee this sort of thing.

That's why.

Cut out the middle man.

Correct, there is also if the FBI are invited to search your property who specifies where to search, did they search all Biden's house and take hard drives and ask for all CCTV.

Why would the FBI be a lapdog and accept an invitation to search part of a house and only look where they are told to look. Is this the type of control the Dems have.

So you don't believe it? Can't find it? Roll Eyes

"(a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both."

A garage at home is NOT an authorised location. Unless of course you intend to mean that Joe Biden had no intent as he is non compos mentis. Roll Eyes

All Biden needed to do was have his staff go through his office and archives and return any documents that were classified.

Why did he invite the FBI, the FBI are not office assistants that help sort out your documents.

I know you will buy this but to others its a bit strange.

I appreciate your effort, but you didn't read it properly.

First, Biden had authority to remove the documents and secondly, he had no intention to retain them (he gave them back).

Pay close attention to the word "and".

Even if, for the sake of the argument, he did intend to retain them in an authorised location it's still not breaking that particular law.

Why not?  He had authority to remove them.

Again, I urge you to pay particular attention to the word "and", highlighted.
