Turns out that the search of Biden's home was done after Biden instructed his team to ask if the DOJ would like access to search.

It has been confirmed that there was no warrant involved.

Yep, that's right.  No raid.  No stolen documents.

Here's a good explanation from an American attorney, a former U.S. Army prosecutor, and an NBC News/MSNBC legal analyst.

Yes, which is highly embarrassing for him, but they aren't stolen.

He had authority to remove them.

So he did not know he even had the files, yet you know he had the authority to remove them. How does that work?.

Weird question.

He had the authority to remove them, and then he forgot he still had them after all those years.

It's not acceptable that he forgot, and it needs to be fixed, but it's not a crime.

It isn't exactly rocket science Steamy one.

He obtained the docs when he was VP. ( the VP was entitled to the docs) Someone likely packed the docs when he left office without his knowledge. You know what Trump could have said but didn't.

When he was VP he was entitled to have the docs. The other option would be that he broke into a secure facility after he left office and stole them. Note: this didn't happen.

That raises more questions then.

He allowed classified documents to be handled by unknown people, is that protocol for handling classified documents, they are supposed to be secure, you make it sound like he didn't care who had access to these files.

Not just once either its about 5 different places and the last lot was six boxes.

Once is irresponsible but 5 times is criminal negligence.

The major difference between Biden and Trump is that Trump deliberately took the documents Biden didn't.

Trump refused to return the documents for the best part of 2 years. Biden had the documents returned as soon as they were identified.

Trump lied about the documents he held and tried to hide them leading to a search by search warrant being issues as necessary to recover the stolen documents. Biden offered full access to the DOJ to conduct searches.

So you don't know who packed them or who had access to them but you know they were security cleared.

I bet you also know that Hunter never access all these classified documents laying around his fathers house when he was getting millions from Burisma and millions from Chinese investors. Of course buying a genuine Hunter painting for $500,000 was purely for the art.

Eat Fish.

Some say it can kick start the brain.

People working in the Presidents and vice President office are required to handle secret documents and have clearance. The people who work in government office moves etc would also regularly come in contact with sensitive documents and would also have clearance.

Now now, Greggery, why aren't the Deep State fake news media reporting on that?

I ask you. What's Tucker Carlson trying to hide?

These documents were not stored in government offices, these documents were moved around by unknown people, you know like anyone.
