If you only listen to one side of the story then you will believe that story even if it is false.

The major problem your story has is that there has only been media speculation that Trump had documents he should not have. In fact all your assumptions are based on media speculation from the likes of CNN.

Just think about the people CNN get to report on the facts about Trump.

Biden is incompetent and no doubt has no recollection of the documents in question....However the big difference is that Trump lied about having documents and refused to return them....Trump's crime is that he tried to steal classified documents and lied about it....Do you understand the difference???

They asked and negotiated for the return for almost 2 years, They subpoenaed the return of the documents which was not complied with and then in the end they had to arrange a search warrant to get more of the stolen documents recovered.

Yes it is very much the truth. Trump did not accidentally end up with documents he deliberately stole them - thousands of them and then he obstructed their return in every way possible.

Trump shouldn't have taken them either - he stole them after he lost the election, thus he had no authority.

There are two parts to the legislation, and in order to have committed a crime one must have committed both offences (take note of the word 'and') :

Federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1924) states that anyone who “(1) knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and (2) with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.”

(1) Trump removed the documents without authority

(2) he intended to retain the documents

Biden, on the other hand, had authority to remove them (as a sitting VP) and no intention of retaining them (once discovered he gave them straight back).

Trump is a criminal, and Biden is a careless old man.

The FBI raided his golf club, or was that a hoax too???

Apparently the classified documents found in Trump's possession were the C.I.A's Workplace and Safety Reports.

The classified documents found in Biden's possession were the C.I.A's Nude Melania in Shower Reports.
Apparently Biden's reports are translated into 'Scratch n Sniff' Golden Books for him to understand.
