Insufferable prick.

Shitting on the memory of a 16 year old kid taken in the most tragic of circumstances.

You truly are the lowest form of life on the planet.

More depressing News from Media Peccary.

In response to a 16 year old girl being mauled to death - not even 24 hours ago - by a shark in front of her family and friends:

That's really deep. Especially for you.

How about condolences for this young girl's family and friends?

(Greg beat me to it)

condolensces from strangers are all about the ego of the stranger.
ie
they serve YOU.

what i would hope that the family can learn is that you never really lose anything because you never really had possession of it in the first place.
that life is uncertain
that life must be lived in the NOW
that trying to nerf the world doesnt work
that life is over in an instant and only a fool tries to join the cult of safetyism .
that its better to be a steve irwin then a miserable old dementia patient slowly decaying in anursing home
that you have to get after it .

hopefully the family can live supercharged meaningful lives and see that pain is the flipside of true joy.

that pain is compulsory in this world but suffering is not
that pain is there to be transcended
if you shelter yourself from pain, you cannot grow and you will transcend nothing

Just saw this on news …. The girl was on a JetSki and saw dolphins, jumped in to swim with them…
Were they sharks fins or mistaken for dolphins?

I thought where there were dolphins… there were no sharks!

That’s folklore?  Shocked

News reported last time anyone killed by shark was a 13 year old boy in the Swan River 100 years ago in 1923.

I think those that live near Swan River their lifetime would know more about sharks spotted and attacks that were not fatal.

Feel sorry that 16 year old girl has lost her life in a most frightening way.  Cry
The other day there were 3 people hanging onto a floating esky after their boat sank, for hours before being rescued with no shark incidence.

We’re they sharks fins or mistaken for dolphins?

It's a myth.

Sharks often swim with dolphins, and that seems to be exactly what was happening here.

She would have seen 4 or 5 fins and thought they were all dolphins, but one of them was a shark   Cry

I've personally witnessed this in the Swan River on a couple of occasions.

Those particular dolphins can be seen in Fremantle every day between about 2:30 and 3:30PM - but they don't usually have a shark swimming with them (well, not visibly anyway).

It's mating season for the bull sharks, so I guess they're a bit more agressive than usual.

A truly horrific thing for the poor girl and her friends to go through.

I've been told the injuries were extensive and ... well ... not nice.

Condolences to her family and friends.

Peccary's habit when posting topics like this is to offset his usual lowlife participation on this Forum.
It's like the Mafia working with the Vatican.
As usual, he finds a post by someone to feel lefty 'offended' and race back to his own board to have a Lefty 'offended' cry and tirade against that Member.
Of course, this is true - because at his Board he has complete 'control', unlike here.

Why did we need to hear more bad news in the world by Peccary to virtual signal himself?
Not about a homeless guy on another part of the world not allowed a coffee?
No - this time its about the usual 'Shark Attack' upon someone... in Australia. Roll Eyes
The way Pecker is pushing his Virtual Signalling Fake Passport - you might think, it was someone that he knew personally. Of course, he doesn't.

If this Topic came from Carl D originally.
Both Aqua and I would indeed take Carl D and the subject matter with more respect, seriousness and maybe even 'interest'.

...but coming from Peccary: You could almost hold a mirror up and say "Did she cry 'Trump sucks' as her last words?" as if we really care.  Roll Eyes

You reap what you sow Peccary.

WE OWE YOU NOTHING! EVEN IF IT WAS MOTHER THERESA YOU POSTED ABOUT.

It's mostly a myth, Sophia.

Sharks often swim with dolphins, and that seems to be exactly what was happening here.

She would have seen 4 or 5 fins and thought they were all dolphins, but one of them was obviously (now) a shark.

A truly horrific thing for the poor girl and her friends to go through.

I've been told the injuries were extensive and ... well ... not nice (without getting too graphic).

Condolences to her family and friends.

Can't imagine what it would be like to lose a child like that.

Bull sharks are estuarine sharks even survive in fresh water..... they would have always been there in the Swan.

A very unfortunate thing to happen and shocking for family to witness it.

When we were in Perth for the H2O gravity games … (mostly on the water)  we heard around the 2 pm ish they called it the Fremantle Doctor as the cooler breeze came in.

So does that correlate with the dolphins/sharks coming in at that particular time?
