If the bunker had a steel door it might comply with safe storage regulations provided only licensed firearm owner could open it. I saw a gun safe next to couch sometimes having a dummy safe can be good thieves might grab that instead of looking for anywhere else guns could be stored.

So the worst part was no council approval for bunker and firing range?

Meanwhile in NSW a judge blasts our gun laws that locked someone up over a toy gun. The hoplophobes didn't stop with real guns they want toy guns as well.

I agree....Allowing peoplle to build person shooting ranges without regulation would aid and abet people who fuel harm to society....There needs to be a defined purpose for such practices which need to be regulated....Hence the violation!!!

What makes you think someone with a personal shooting range wants to harm someone, is it bedwetting paranoia?

This was an underground shooting range so no danger of projectiles leaving his property.
No issues with sound unless you're on the range.

Yes we do have regulations for shooting ranges from the pics i see with this one it should comply. The only concern i had is with ventilation. It probably wouldn't be suitable for commercial use.

Indoor shooting ranges are great it removes crosswinds as a factor which helps with load development to improve accuracy for those who reload their own ammo.

Putting it underground is sensible for safety probably cheaper as well.

Here is a legal undeground range which is similar to pics i saw of one that didn't have approval.
