She has no right to remain as a Senator now she has resigned from the Greens.

She was put in/appointed to the position after an incumbent Greens Senator resigned.....

now she has resigned she should forfeit the position & the Greens get to replace her with another nominee.

How she can remain as a Senator representing another party(Blak Sovereignty) when she got there as a Green is hardly fair or democratic.

Does Victoria get another Senate position for a Green?

I bet they don't.

She got her free ride because of party back room deals, the system needs fixing. Now she is on a power trip funded by us all for the next 5yrs spewing hate and bullshit. Her bikie gang the Comencheroes will look after her.
