It may help to know what you are talking about.

North American air space is protected by a combination of US and Canadian planes under the ultimate command of a senior officer from both countries.

So Trudeau ordered the thing to be shot down and Norad complied as per their mandate. Norad is comprised of US and Canadian air force groups.

It might help yo know what you are talking about. I was picking Gregg up on his comment about Biden being Canada's PM, just after he told us who scrambled aircraft and who shot it down. It's seems you are intent on being the Chihuahua, the yapping sideshow..

Yes - I wonder about that too.

With that large balloon last week they had it smash into the ocean.
It would have been so much better to make it descend slowly
so they could have an easy time figuring out what was in it.

I heard a news story early in the piece where some country tried to shoot one down and found it near impossible. They had to destroy it.

I assumed that this was the comment that you meant. I believe that Greggory was being facetious as this was the position incorrectly inferred in the post previous. He knew it was wrong, it wasn't meant to be taken literally is the way that I read it. It's a question - It is asking if Jasin believes that Biden is PM of Canada. It looks to me that you just got it wrong and still don't understand what was said.

Unless you are referring to a different comment in which case we are talking about different things.

I read that too -
something about how 1,000 shots with a canon didn't do anything.
They need to figure out a way to bring these balloons down in a controlled way.
