US fueling world war 3 ? Couldn't be Putin invading Georgia, Crimea and Ukraine and threatening to use nukes if anyone tries to stop him. Couldn't be China threatening Taiwan and using its proxy communist dictatorship in NK to threaten SK, Japan and the US with nukes. Couldn't be Iran trying to build nukes to destroy Israel, as it has sworn to do on the holy coran. And supplying weapons to Russia to overthrow a democratically elected government.
