Why do you continually defend criminals?

I don't defend criminals, I defend the US Constitution, & every American's Constitutional Right to a fair & impartial trial.

American Law & Justice always takes into account that every person must be considered innocent until they are fairly tried, & a jury of their peers finds them guilty based on all evidence.

If you believe that that constitutes a defense of defendants before they are tried & convicted by a jury, then so be it.

If I take sides, 99 out of 100 times I will most likely take the side of the defendant until, after both sides have rested, a jury unanimously finds guilt on the State's charges.

He asked for video they didn't give it to him.

I doubt anyone in this forum will listen to the lawyer who represented Jacob they have closed minds and follow the narrative.

Jacob walked in the front door was guided around even gave a prayer thanking police inside white house for helping him when he left he told eveyone on his bullhorn to go home in peace

Tens of thousands of BLM's for a 'junkie' overdose while being restrained by a Cop who has had on two previous occasions nearly lost his life to the 'unpredictable' behaviour of criminal junkies - RIOT ACROSS AMERICA: BURNING ' INNOCENT' CITIZEN BUSINESSES AND POSSESSIONS, LOOTING, RAPING, KILLING, BASHING, DESTROYING ANYTHING AND ANYONE.

While a number of 100's of NERDS protest storm a Government Building for Political reasons and just achieve 'messing up paperwork' with a few being shot by the HEAVILY ARMED SECURITY.

If this isn't a Corrupt Democrat Government that gets the Media to inflame the 'Protest' while quietly shoving the TERRORISM OF THE BLM RIOTS under the rug, not to be seen - to support their Narrative... then what is?

To claim in their Corruption - an attack on the Democrats is an attack on Democracy proves their guilt to hold onto their 'out dated' grip on Power.

Jacob Chansley, for instance, was NOT violent but your mob made an example of him to push your agenda. He was guided through the chamber by police who opened doors for him and escorted him around. The worst he did was say a prayer on the Senate floor. Yet he was sentenced to over 4 years in solitary confinement. The footage was withheld from his lawyer even though he repeatedly made the requisite filings for it.

He's wandering around chatting happily to up to 9 cops who found him to be NO threat.

Should ALL the footage be shown or just what you lot cherry pick for your agenda.

Then we have Brian Sicknick who your lot keep disingenuously parroting was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher. Yet he's happily wandering around chatting and picking up rubbish hours after the event.

You said you have not seen even the footage yet you still parrot lies and cast judgment. Is this how you think justice should work?

The sentence was handed down based on partial evidence.
The defendant has a right to a proper hearing, not a "set up" hearing.

These videos should have been Aired back then.
That way there is no "agenda" highlighted like there is now.
It was wrong of them to be classified.
