Not 100% successful—that nice coffee I bought was really meant for a french press or drip filter. Nice to use it tho. BUT the machine is for two cups and a small demitasse cup is too narrow to capture both streams of coffee.

I have a cup of tea at around 4am, and maybe (not always) a cup of coffee around 9am (which is right now, and I'm sipping on a Vittoria as I type).

I was always told you have to eat breakfast. I could easily not have breakfast and too often do miss it. But I do try to eat something in the morning and to vary what that is. I do only have a small serving in the AM, Like the one mentioned was maybe a quarter bowl, 100 grams or so. Enough to kick off the metabolism.
