Forget about Peccary, he's run away.

Maybe they hope by 'crawling' their way back into this Topic, we'll be 'morons' and forget? Grin

(I don't know what the rules are regarding social housing in Perth or the rest of Australia but it would probably be a pretty safe bet to assume that since we're talking about government departments here the tenants wouldn't be allowed to paint the places anyway).

In NSW there were no such rules. I've been out of that game for almost 20 yrs now so that may have changed, but i doubt it.

As a long term life long Housing client in NSW you are the word on the street!

Fixed.

Apologise for what you lunatic?

For asking questions and refusing to accept statement of "fact" built out of absolute prejudice so as to avoid the subject matter?

For repeatedly trying to steer the conversation away from gotcha crap towards the very real problem of homelessness in our country?

Of course. Why would i expect a far right leaning forum to discuss homelessness when they can eviscerate a man they know nothing about except wht they've managed to glean from Facebook.

See. I knew you couldn't 'apologise' for being totally wrong at the start and proven wrong in the end. Grin

You sum up all that is 'extremist' in this world. Doesn't matter if its Right extremists or Left extremists (like you) - as both are 'extremely' in the wrong and cause nothing but division.
You think you are virtually superior with your signalling, but you're really anything but virtual. Your inability and cowardice to 'discriminate' between good and evil, right and wrong - basically betrays your every thought process.

So you can't apologise and you seem to come back to this topic with a denial system in place that anything you say will justify you lack of humility and guts to apologise.

You are the 'evil' of what is from the Left.
You think because you are Left, that you must be good.
Well - no, people like you ruin the Left for others.

I think you should get down on all fours when you apologise - because you just couldn't apologise in the first place when standing upright.

We all know that you and 5-Dogs Smith will try to use other Topics to try and convince other Members here that you know what you're talking about, that you're always right (ironic for a Lefty extremist) and that they will forget about this Topic that really showed you and 5-Dogs Smith (Sit Ubu, sit - good dog) for what you are and 'always will be'.

I've just spent the last few hours in a car with a Gay member of an Association I am with. We talked about much. But even he, as a Gay guy - despises all this Lefty-Woke Anti and Extremism. He said "They don't know 'love' - they only know sex addiction." He knows its all just Media corruption and intrusion into other people's lives.

You're a case Mothra of just pushing the Gay v Redneck anti-isms of division. Rednecks trying to change Gays and Gays trying to change everything because its Redneck with pure umbrella inability to discriminate.

Don't know about the rest of Australia but here in WA the State government apparently doesn't have the money to help the homeless and those struggling to pay their mortgages and rent (assuming they can find a place to rent) but 'Sneakers' McGowan has gone out and given the taxpayer money tree another shake and he's now found 39 million dollars to "save" 500 newsagencies.

WA Government to provide $39m to aid 500 newsagents as industry battles the internet

Quote:
The McGowan Government will fork out $39 million to help save the State’s 500 newsagencies who fear they’re nearly out of lottery luck with customers turning to online gambling.

Speaking in Byford on Sunday, Premier Mark McGowan said it was important the sector was topped up for the survival of small business owners and for the community benefit Lotto delivers.

There were more than $320 million dollars distributed to hundreds of charities and not-for-profits through the scheme last year.

Psst... hey, 'Sneakers'... Lotto still delivers the "community benefit" regardless of whether people buy their tickets online or in "bricks and mortar outlets".

Oh, and will he find another 39 million dollars to save them all again after they've spent the first 39 and business still hasn't improved?

Also...

Quote:
Premier Mark McGowan said it was important the sector was topped up for the survival of small business owners and for the community benefit Lotto delivers.

You didn't seem to be too concerned about the survival of small business owners during the first 2 years of the Covid pandemic when we all believed you cared about protecting West Australians and saving lives with a closed border, quarantine, lockdowns and mandatory masks when required (even for ONE Covid case back then).

I personally know 2 small business owners who had no choice but to close their doors (permanently) during those times.

I guess your new found concern for small business owners should be awarded the same number of points as your spectacular backflip into the Covid cesspit just over a year ago did.

I'm sure if they held a G7 Summit in any city here - the homeless of those cities would have been swept up off the streets and put into accommodation that suddenly appeared out of nowhere - as was in the case in Sydney.

Hi, Xavier.

That was the case here in Perth during the 2011 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

All of the homeless were 'miraculously' provided with temporary accomodation just before CHOGM started but they were back on the streets again right after it finished and everyone had gone home.

Homeless to be housed during CHOGM

Hi Carl,
Yes - it's amazing how during these Political/Media Priority meetings how 'homeless' are suddenly homed.

The Sydney 'Clean-Up' for the G7 was so bad, I reckon half the population of inner Sydney packed up and left for a holiday.
The streets were practically emptied so the Politicians could take photos and sight-see as if Sydney was cleaned out for their own personal holiday.

Actually, I've been blaming real estate agents (and their bosses) for years.

I'd start blaming the real estate agents and their bosses too

It all started going pear shaped about 40 years ago when housing went from being a place for families to have a safe roof over their heads to more of an opportunity for greedy people (and real estate agents) to make more and more money.

And it's "you're doing your rent reviews" you illiterate greedy morons.

Nah, blaming agents is a cop out. An agents sole JOB is to ensure his customer (the property owner) gets the best return.
Tenants could always try paying their own agents to negotiate rent down? But they won't want to pay for a service they cry property owners are paying, whilst crying at the results. Owner pays BECAUSE he gets results.
