Potatoes fried or roasted in duck fat, hmmmmmm! A big order of spices—that kilo of blade steak will soon turn into a batch of beef rendang, lovely Indonesian curry. Have that slowly cooking all afternoon in the slow cooker god it will smell wonderful!

I sent the money to a Qld PO. Aussie just has to make a phone call to have the envelope with the money delivered to him or a nearby PO. Nothing tricky about it save Aussie wanting to play games all the time.

I do not owe my sister money. I do owe her my gratitude at the solid help she was in organising the move.
