The issue/s for Redback who is representing Dumbarse Drunk et al is this :

The election ran as per The PA Constitution.

Nothing Aussie did went against it.

The other little spot of bother is this : Redback disqualified herself when she pulled her arse out of the race.

Nope! Aussie has won the election. Just because some people don’t LIKE it does NOT mean it was unconstitutional.

Tips for next election:

PA regulars need to be careful with petitions.

PA regulars need to take a closer look at PA’s Constitution.

Well IF one was to go along with your reasoning it leaves Black Orchid who IMO is a worthy contender.

But last I heard she wasn’t interested. That may have changed. I don’t know.

In the interim the election ran as per Constitution and Red pulled out in any event. Technically Aussie did win.

Next time those who call themselves “PA regulars” SHOULD be careful when petitions are raised. To get a petition over the line is quite difficult. And yet the petitions Aussie relied upon did help him win.

Let THAT be a lesson in politics for us all! A petition is underway right now to create a new Voice. If we agree to it ... we may well be regretting the day we did that.
