The Teachers are apathetic or just don't have a clue how to deal with such behaviour or they do, but they just can't do it. These schools are ruled by the Dead-Beat loser kids, rather than by kids that will be 'Achievers'.

The most force you use during a fight is enough force to make the fight stop. You don't start the fight. You don't continue the fight. And when the fight is over, through a withdrawal of the opponent, you don't go after them.

A teacher would know their rights and responsibilities. A student only needs to be removed from the classroom and suspended or expelled to get the punishment they deserve.

That depends on which school you are sending your child. The child featured as the troublemaker of this story was sent to a private school. He acted up. The fact that he was at a private school meant that he was in a privileged position.

Fights have happened at my high school probably once a month, when I was attending. But, you could not wish for a much better school spirit. And the teachers were quite happy to teach us. And from what I see of my children's attendance there, the school spirit continues to shine.

That is not a sensible or final solution.

The fight ends when the other party is either incapable of getting up or is running away.

While they are still standing, they are a threat.

Children need to be taught that actions bring consequences.

If it takes a clobbering or two to do it so be it.

Besides, take a look at the "kid"
he wasnt a kid, he was near adult size and obviously a violent little turd who would be beating up on other kids frequently.
Violence begets violence, the silly little turd brought it onm himself.

The teacher should be applauded
