Original Intent of Constitution
Mar 29th, 2023 at 2:12pm

Here's a good look back on the Original Intent of the American Constitution and how, in my opinion, has progressed as far away from the British towards the Italian (Roman) Republic as it can (and as Issaac Asimov predicted: it will fall) in what you see today.
The fact that the Civil War pushed America through a 'Failing' rather than a successful 'Compromise' (Peace) shows that the USA has really lost its way.
Little wonder that other nations oppose the USA, both out of fear (like North Korea - which has been invaded by it) and defiance of it as it tries to oppress them politically under the presumption that it knows best for these nations.
It's really a case of two wrongs not making a right.
The USA as it is - is in the wrong.
The nations that oppose it, also in the wrong.
Like attracts like you could say.

The Democrats say "An attack on them, is an attack on Democracy", but we see that America's constitution was never meant to be a Democracy thing, more a Liberty thing.

The Voting system in America is both a 'paid for' Voting system and does not adhere to the empowerment of 'the People', but really more to the Institution and/or the Establishment of Politics only.

And when you have a CORRUPT establishment, like what America has with the Democrats (Media) - a change is needed to the Constitution.

I agree.   And logic tells us this should be the very first changed.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

They could try banning or overturning the constitution like the big fella suggested, JaSin.

It wouldn't hurt. Just get a few electoral college delegates to send back the results and call for a new erection. Better yet, prep your VP to stall the vote, while you send the Proud Boys in to put the fear of God into congress.

Look, it was a better idea than Mike Liddell's. He wanted the big fella to order the generals to declare military law.

Crazy stuff. The generals are more liberal than the Democrats (media). John Eastman's plan was as good as any other: put the heat on the Trump states. If they're too scared to find a few extra votes for Trump, get them to send in new delegates. The big fella can get the state AGs' legs cut off at the next election if they want to wimp out on him, politics is for the big boys.

Look, if everybody's going to fuss over every little constitutional detail, nothing can get done. Look at the big fella's first term: no legislation, no infrastructure funding, no Wall, no Obamacare removal, nothing. A few Wall Street tax cuts and a couple of do-nothing judges on the Supreme Court. Where's the big stuff? Where's Trump's head on Mount Rushmore?

The big fella had the right idea. If the leftards are going to play tough, all bets are off, including the constitution. If they're going to cook up phony porn star rumours and fake hush money payments, they deserve everything they get when the big fella gets back in.

The Democrats (media) only have themselves to blame.

The 'Western' Political system (not the Media one) is the 'empowerment' of...

1. North America: The Individual aka The President
2. Great Britain: The Establishment
3. Australia: The Mass aka The People

Kim Jongun and Xi Jinping have all the people, all the democracy and get 100% clapping. Shiny new nukes, snappy suits and oiled hair.  Trump's a slag but he knows a MAGA cap and popular dictatorship is what moves the mobs. George Washington, Billy the Kid, Al Capone, DJT. Kick some ass.

JaSin, do you support your Dear Leader overturning Panther's beloved constitution?

Panther's rather cross, dear. To date, he's been busily sticking his fingers in his ears over in his gun threads.

Do you remember? He used to love his constitution when it prevented your Dear Leader being charged. Back then, he was ever so fond of what he called the rule of law.

What would it take, we said, to change your mind about your Dear Leader?

A successful prosecution, he said.

Please explain? We said.

Criminal charges, he said. Rule of law, innit. Indict Dear Leader and then we can talk.

Tomorrow, your Dear Leader gets arrested, but do you know? Panther hasn't said a word about his beloved constitution yet.

You?

There's an Amendment process. When the States are ready to amend the Constitution, they'll get together for a conference. The Founding fathers were wise enough to foresee that future changes may be necessary to the Constitution, but all the required majorities must be adhered to for the changes to be legal and take affect

Any new amendments are not likely to conform to any partisan ideology, but will more likely enhance existing rights in the Constitution and Bill of rights

An amendment for Right Humans will be:

a). The British are coming. Keep your powder dry, lock up the Indians and shoot early and often. Destroy the government.
b). Keep shooting, remember the Alamo, hang Pence and shoot early and often. Destroy the government.
