WA can't even command a major sporting code of its own.
Sponges off Victoria for AFL and Queensland for Rugby Union.
Sponged off NSW once for Rugby League.
Still grovels to SAust for Cricket.

That only leaves Peccary's 'fairy' Soccer.  Grin

I think I remember getting an extra hour's sleep when daylight saving ended during our trial of the concept. By October, at school, we were allowed one day's excuse about our tiredness about losing that hour's sleep.
