it may come down to a 50-50 coin flip, not sure given the yes campaigners havent really started to ramp up the propaganda yet

He'll double down.... keep up the vile rhetoric while Mayo keeps up the violent rhetoric... if any politician doesn't listen he'll be bashed, it seems, or otherwise ruined and cast in the streets.

If there is one thing that shows you what I've been discussing for ages, and what Aboriginal women and children know only too well, it's that very Silverback with the biggest fists thing... even having an Australian flag on your car on Australia Day will bring threats of bashing.... that's the culture... and Mayo is just the prime example.

He'll be all talk, of course, but you should not be amazed at the number of half-brains out there who actually think this kind of approach is normal and reasonable, and not a clear sign of madness.

With any luck, he'll have a go at a dissenting politician and feel the lead from the security crews.

Hope they follow Rule Thirteen - if you are forced to drill him, make sure he can never testify and cause waves.

Very early on, Albo said that if the referendum fails, the Voice will be established by legislation...

A comment on being 'off-topic'?

Unfortunately for you, the coming months will expose - importantly, for the entire nation to see -   our current neoclassical/neoliberal orthodoxy's role in maintaining the gap.

Voice or no voice.

No relevance to the voice idea.

Er...did you miss it? Most of the No people are demanding to know how the Voice will close the gap; and the lack of this explanation from the Yes people is a MAJOR  reason why the Noes won't support the voice,. Geez.

Off topic, whereas how the nation will close the gap is at the centre of the debate, much as you would prefer it wasn't.

Trying to get a rise out of you?

No, trying to open yours eyes.

The Nats were the first party to to say "No", citing lack of info on how the Voice will close the gap.

Checkmate.

Australians aren’t as stupid and gullible as Albo thinks they are.

What a shocking waste of $365 million. Meantime :

Θ Our aged care sector is running on empty.
Θ Our health care sector is running on empty.
Θ Covid19 is still killing Australians every day - is the pandemic remains unresolved.
Θ Australia is facing rising interest rates and rising inflation rates.
Θ The Reserve Bank Governor which Labor PM Albo appointed is on record for stating more interest rate rises are on the way AND more Australians should be unemployed.

The rising rate of stupidity within the Federal Liebor Party needs to be assessed and addressed post haste.

Do you think Dutton has any ideas on how to solve ANY of those issues??

edit: #4 is wrong; inflation is falling in Oz, it remains to be seen if Lowe's policies will cause a recession.

Does he need to right now? In Opposition why would he give away his ideas so Labor can counter them before any election?  What makes you imagine any of these people have any answers?  They're fattening nicely, thank you, and have no need to work for the people who will elect them anyway.

Yes: if politics is to serve any purpose other than gaining and holding power.

Your inference Dutton has anything new to offer compared with the Noaltion under Morrison is laughable.

There are plenty of answers out there, it's a matter of having the commitment to implement them.

1. Do you think Dutton has any ideas on how to solve ANY of those issues??

2. edit: #4 is wrong; inflation is falling in Oz, it remains to be seen if Lowe's policies will cause a recession.

1. Μy apologies NotSoGreatOrSane... I must have missed the memo about Dutton sitting in the Prime Minister’s position. In any event ... it matters not what I THINK about Dutton. What matters is what I KNOW about Albo.

2. Inflation is still 2% above the average/mean.
