In other words, the Jury is entitled to conclude that because Humpty did not give evidence, if he did, it would not in any way detract from what E. Jean Carroll has testified under oath to.

Humpty is well and truly fuqqed.

*The comments up there ^^^^^ about Humpty's remarks on social media about no scream etc etc is not an indication he knew anything, or was there himself, or is a confession. He was repeating what E.
