I have become accustomed to the mass shooting notifications. But, I thought this topic was a reference to an earlier mass shooting.
There's a new one every day.
About 1.6 per day on average at the moment.
If we had the rate of mass shootings in Australia the same as what we see in America, there would be one mass shooting in Australia every 9 days. And that would be unacceptable. But, if the USA had the same rate of mass shootings as Australia has had in the last 27 years, there would be 2 shootings per year in the USA. And that would be unacceptable.
The only effort Americans would likely try to avoid future mass shootings is to ban the airplay of songs like Jon Secada's "Just Another Day", to prevent hurt feelings.
If Australia had near on 400m people, and more just walking in every day, you'd see more deaths to anything available.
Don't compare our pissant sized population to theirs.
There is no comparison.
FMD, an AR15 is what we call a 223. It's just semi auto. It looks scary because the military over there use them, but they're the same round.
It happens here still and we only have 25m, not even the entire population of texas.
Oh, and trump tried to build a wall to keep these ones out, to which he received total backlash over.
