Goats cheese that is!
OMG I found these sliced goats cheese in Aldi and between buttered fresh slices bread … something so simple… is delish. It’s my new like.

it seems to be low fat too.
I’ve never been much of a fan of goats milk … but the cheese I really like … and interestingly… it doesn’t cause phlegm build up in throat like normal dairy cheese.

I prefer feta, which is around a third goat's milk plus ewe's milk. Yummy in salads with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and Spanish onions along with olive oil and vinegar.

Try feta sprinkled over a salad made of salad leaves, strawberries or pear, walnuts and a balsamic dressing. It's awesome

I can get them from an Italian restaurant in Mornington for about $7 for one big bocconcini and I do not share it with anyone I tell ya!

Harris farm is about 10m walk from my house.
They often have these with a useby date 2 days away for 1/2 price, perfectly good. They last about 10 seconds when I get them home
