Goats cheese that is!
OMG I found these sliced goats cheese in Aldi and between buttered fresh slices bread … something so simple… is delish. It’s my new like. Smiley it seems to be low fat too.
I’ve never been much of a fan of goats milk … but the cheese I really like … and interestingly… it doesn’t cause phlegm build up in throat like normal dairy cheese.

Yes.  I prefer feta, which is around a third
goat's milk plus ewe's milk. 

Yummy in salads with lettuce, tomatoes,
olives and Spanish onions along with olive
oil and vinegar.

You can't beat a good pecorino. Great on pasta for those who don't like Parmesan

Who doesn’t like Parmesan?

Pecorino is fine too.


Neither compare to Gouda cheese, of course  Grin Grin Grin

Try feta sprinkled over a salad made of salad leaves, strawberries or pear, walnuts and a balsamic dressing.  It's awesome

I can get them from an Italian restaurant in Mornington for about $7 for one big bocconcini and I do not share it with anyone I tell ya!

I agree. The best mozzarella I've had by far. Hard to find the real stuff here, or at least where I am now. In Melbourne you've got a much better chance of success.

Harris farm is about 10m walk from my house.
They often have these with a useby date 2 days away for 1/2 price, perfectly good. They last about 10 seconds when I get them home
