Nobody - not a single person - is saying his cult members won't continue to vote for him.

He could rape his own daughter on live TV and then shoot Jared in the head, and he'd still not lose a single cult member's vote.

But as you pointed out, he's not popular among the general voting population. i.e. sane people.
