1. I have NEVER EVER stated that I take Mersyndol every night. And I’m glad you know this. In fact everyone else on OzPol knows this (except for the 80 yr old Pitiful Piss Pot Penguin)!

2. For those who may not know...Mersyndol is not only expensive ....it can only be obtained via script. Even then no doctor will/is allowed at law to prescribe Mersyndol with a repeat. The other unfortunate thing about Mersyndol is this : some of us (example ME) are subsequently informed that we CANNOT take it as we are ALLERGIC to it! That is why I was left with no choice but to explore other treatment options based on our doctor’s advice. In my case that involved surgery. Some 7 OzPol members were quietly notified of all this via PM. Some of these OzPol members even post on Monk’s Manure Mound. I specifically requested that they stay quiet about it. And they have. If any of these 7 OzPol members wish to come forward and identify themselves ....they can.

3. Moving on...let’s talk panadol. Panadol is an over the counter medicine which comes in different formats. One is suitable for babies and THAT comes in syrup form and very clear instructions.

Well, being that I live on the borderline between tropical and temperate regions, I see video footage of NSW (including northern NSW) experiencing snowfall during the winter. I always assume any place south (and southwest) of the Gold Coast would likely experience cold and snow.

Having looked at the graphics of weather patterns (including the ones you have provided, Monk) of Tasmania and Victoria, I can only imagine how cold and near Antarctic conditions it must be down there. Up here in Rockhampton, my father puts the dog coats on his two fur-kids before he sends the dogs outside for the night and into their own tent-covered beds. Rarely do we see temperatures get below 5°C at night. But if Dad is spoiling his dogs with coats for nights below 10°C, I can imagine that your dog must stay inside during the winter nights.

As far as I am concerned, winter in Tasmania looks like Antarctic conditions.

The same system and the same low temperatures are in Vic too.
