Do they really have snow every year on Mt Wellington or are you making crap up again?

You'll see Monk - very soon if not tomorrow -
first day of winter is today.   Brrrrrrrrrrrrr

The question is -

will Monk and his tropical dog survive this winter?

First day of winter is Jun 23rd, shortest day of the year and winter solstice.

You are not only an idiot, you are pig ignorant.

Maybe only to reiterate that Panadol should only be a short-term solution to pain and fever. I bought a pack of Aspro Clear to counter my likely upcoming influenza -- that a psychosomatic like me believes is a certainty to happen in June. People have told me that the usage of Aspro Clear should be only for a couple of days at most. Even the packaging states a warning not to use the product for more than a week.

Well all I stated earlier was that panadol should be taken as per doctor’s advice and/or as per instructions on the bottle (bubs only have the syrup in the bottle formula). No doctor or bottle instruction will advise you to take Panadol long term. It will upset your tummy (for starters).

I really don’t know much about Aspro Clear. I’ve never taken it.

If temperatures can get down to -7°C, as far as I am concerned, that is Antarctic-type conditions.

Well the average temp for Antarctica is -10C. So you’re right 😳

Oi Nutter tosspot thief! Your illegal activities wrt Australia Post don’t help you in the area of credibility (not that you had much to begin with 😂🤣😆).

Both you and I (and anyone else who is not "Aussie" or "Jovial Monk") do not know the details of a matter of a $60 theft or fraudulent claims.

All I know is that what Monk did (and has admitted that’s he’s done countless times in this topic alone) is illegal and reportable.

I do not know why people wait until the summer or winter solstice, and the equinox of March or September to claim the start of the new season. Why would you wait so long to claim that winter starts on the 23rd of June? Winter here starts when the minimum temperatures get consistently below 15°C. Starting from the middle of May this year, most nighttime temperatures have been getting below 15°C.

Summer temperatures here are usually when the nighttime temperatures do not go below 20°C. We get about 2 months of winter here in Rockhampton. Summer lasts from October to March. Autumn from March to May. Winter from late May to late July. Spring from August to September.

Geez, on the 22nd of June, I will have candles lit through the house as I rug up and watch some "Game of Thrones" episodes and empathise with the characters about their oncoming winter.

During a period of having the common cold or influenza, I usually put about a third of a glass full of lemon juice. Then I add the Aspro Clear to fizz away. Then I fill the rest of the glass with water to dilute the juice and mix in the Aspro Clear better. The lemon juice usually helps kill off the virus. The Aspro Clear does its job in pain and migraine relief (or whatever symptoms you have with colds and influenza).

If you have a constant cough, however, you should try diluted apple cider vinegar. And I mean "diluted" as in 1cm worth of apple cider vinegar per 15cm of water. That stuff is strong.

MT Wellington is nearly 1300m high. Snows quite a bit at that height. Hobart is nearly at sea level—no snow.
