That was my fault - I thought sending cash was illegal.

Australia Post is warning people not to send cash through the mail.

The warning comes after a 46-year-old contract postal worker was charged with three offences, including the theft of mail, tampering with mail and delaying mail.

The Yarrawonga woman was charged after a joint operation involving police and Australia Post.

An Australia Post spokeswoman says theft of mail and tampering with mail is a federal offence and recommends customers send money orders not cash.

LOTS of idiocy here, Aussie “going to get the police to investigate the “theft” of the envelope WITHOUT checking with the PO I sent it to.

His asking me to supply the town I posted the envelope from is purely an attempt to doxx me!

OR

The idiot whinged again how far tha PO I sent the envelope to was from him. He could have given me a PO closer to him or he could have (and did) use the telephone number JohnSmith provided to ask to have the envelope delivered to him.

OR

Aussie has so far declined in mental acuity that he thinks he can go to the cops to get them to investigate the “theft” of an envelope he has not checked the whereabouts of.
