Trump is recorded saying that he didn't declassify. Even so the charges do not depend on them being classified or not.

Trump is recorded saying that he didn't declassify. Even so the charges do not depend on them being classified or not.

Trump just gave a speech were he claimed precedents from
all previous presidents with classified documents.
He mentioned: Bush, Clinton, Obama etc.

The problem the GOP faces is that they have never had any success in having their committees have politicians or their assoiciates charged with felonies, except for their own men, Richard Nixon, and Spiro Agnew.
