The things that Hillary and Joe did were not similar or they would have been charged.

They did worse than Trump as they had no power to declassify documents
as they weren't the President at the time.

Trump is recorded saying that he didn't declassify. Even so the charges do not depend on them being classified or not.

Trump just gave a speech were he claimed precedents from
all previous presidents with classified documents.
He mentioned: Bush, Clinton, Obama etc.

Trump makes up stories to suit his cause.

None of these people:

Stole thousands of documents
Refused to return documents when asked
Refused to return documents after a subpoena had been issued
Hid documents from the FBI by moving them (obstruction)
Had his legal team lie saying that all documents had been returned when they hadn't.
Is likely still in possession of more documents.
Discussed classified documents contents with with general people with no access classification.
Held to secret documents in an unsecured manner at a location known to be vulnerable to foreign spies.

and it goes on and on and on.

All trump had to do to make this go away would have been to return the documents and he refused time after time.
