Trump threatens to "go after" President Biden and his
family through a special prosecutor if re-elected...
and may have just set himself up to violate FEDERAL
LAW 18 U.S.C. § 1346.

Trump made the threat in a bitter 'Truth Social' rant
before boarding his Miami jet.

"I WILL APPOINT A REAL SPECIAL ‘PROSECUTOR’
TO GO AFTER THE MOST CORRUPT PRESIDENT IN
THE HISTORY OF THE USA, JOE BIDEN, THE ENTIRE
BIDEN CRIME FAMILY, & ALL OTHERS INVOLVED
WITH THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR ELECTIONS,
BORDERS, & COUNTRY ITSELF!" he posted.

However, should Trump win and use the justice
system for his own personal benefit, in this case
retribution, Trump could be cited with "honest
services fraud". This crime parallels bribery and
extortion and focuses on harm to the public. Fraud
schemes are defined to also include "the intangible
right of honest services".

The theory is that by performing an official act in
exchange for personal gain, a public official defrauds
his constituents of his honest services to make
decisions and take actions that are in the best
interests of the public. By making honest services
fraud a crime, Congress has recognized that this
conduct causes significant social harm requiring
serious punishment.

—Trump is now flailing around in a cesspool of his
own making, and his desperation is clouding what
little judgement he had.

I'm guessing his decreasing lack of mental acumen is
due both to his Parkinson's disease and his increasing
early onset dementia. The disgraced former president
should never be allowed to see the light of day ever again.

Well, other than through the bars of a jail cell window.
