This mob and its enabler, QCAT, really sh

me and I took them on but lost on behalf of a good bloke, a homeless man left large money by his Mother, and the Public Trustee swooped. They have now vacuumed a huge sum from his inheritance, and soon there will be SFA left.

Bloody arseholes. Never ever ever ever allow the Public Trustee anywhere near a relative of yours. It is scum.

The NSW Public Trustee is just as immoral.

Anyone venturing down the Public Trustee path will find themselves financially ruined.

Note : Public Trustee issues have featured on A Current Affair. Many times.

I can vouch for the lack of integrity and compassion from
the Victorian State Trustee. I'd advise everyone to keep
well away from them if they don't want to lose thousands
of dollars, or even the goods and chattels of a deceased
relative—which are auctioned off at bargain basement prices.
And NEVER ever give them the power of attorney unless
you're happy to see your own or other's estates disappear
bit-by-bit, as if by magic.
