Oh! Oh my goodness. Bobby lives right next to Antarctica. He hardly gets any sun! Sunrise is an hour after what I get. Then Bobby sees the sunset 12 minutes before I do. Oh, Bobby must have penguins walking by his front door.

Bobby's not done yet. How will I know when Bobby has become sated? He's very greedy and gobbles more than a fair shake of the saveloy requires.

Please don't thank me.
Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

So does Melbourne. I am much more protected from them than Mellbum is.

You live 3 degrees north of where he lives. And you live in or near Melbourne where the coast is exposed to the conditions of Arctic weather moreso than Monk. I have to live with these springtime conditions of mild maximums and mild minimums. Whereas you have to put up with chilly, rainy weather where the cloud cover does not give you much protection from the cold.

It is not rigidly between lines of latitude, nature doesn’t work that way. It is more stochastic than that, with very low 40s and high 30s occasionally being hit. Higher 40s would be hit more frequently.

Who the hell cares if you live in the roaring 40s or not? You live south of 35 degrees south. That is bad enough, in terms of weather. South of 35°S in Australia is associated with cold winters. You are not exempt from Antarctic influence.

That's true and Melbourne gets very cold in winter however
Monk's weather is always colder.
It even snows in November and sometimes at Xmas where he lives.
He also gets the roaring 40s winds nearly all the time -
It's a constant circumpolar wind.

Which year was it when Melbourne's summer weather had winter temperatures for much of it?

Not where I live, that is more Melbourne.

That snow in November was not in Hobart but up Mt Wellington, probably 400m above sea level. Summer snow in alpine regions is not rare, Dumbyne certainly found enough occasions.

Was a light frost where i am, just light tho and natural with fine weather through the day.

Brrr! Too cold. And here I was sweating it out for much of last year's summer. Cooler conditions this year, though.
