Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

He has a headache

He takes bones out of his stomach and pushes it through his head and sucks out the evil

abos and non-abos are not the same species, but they are cross-fertile in the same way that wolves (classified as a different species from dogs) and regular dogs are

but here's where it gets interesting

apes/gorillas/orangutans etc evolved FROM abos

so before abos, there were no ape or gorilla etc ancestor like species around before, they emerged from abos and spread around the world, evidence for this is they are clearly more intelligent and civilised than abos

So you reckon that Orangutans evolved from Abbos?

They do look similar -    Undecided

DNA testing shows Indian etc heritage - the old girl has a minute percentage of such.... could probably claim to be Indigenous, though far more likely had a true Indian ancestor.

Point being - DNA could show how much 'Indio/Indonesio/Nuginee' DNA an individual has, and then we could work on a cutoff point for 'identification' .....

Bring it on.... people are still saying the voice will get up - if it does expect the civil war .... this time make it work properly.

That's it... DNA can show that, despite the protestations of the 'suck their dicks' camp who say there is no DNA test for Aboriginality.  Well - there is.... and even a database to start from.  Back in 2000 the NSW government DNA tested every prisoner in NSW in the hope of securing convictions for unsolved crimes past**.  It's  a damned good start.

I wonder why our government of two parties is reluctant to follow through on that and define 'Aboriginality'.....

** you ever seen or heard of that long-running unsolved case of a young Abo on the railway tracks up New England way?  I knew a bloke they were trying to pin that on - didn't work out so it's still unsolved.  They said they had the DNA on him, too!  what they were holding him on to do that was because he had a fifteen year old Aboriginal girlfriend - at that age they are considered women ready to breed.  Cultural, innit?  The house fire - five kids at 28 for Mum - Usual Suspect I'll put ten bucks on and I'll wait on the outcome of the full investigation into that fire that killed hubby and five kids.  Wouldn't be the first time.
