Brian.... seriously, you need something to clear that brain fog of yours. Have a good night's sleep and respond in the morning. So often, indigenous people like to stand on the road and expect drivers to drive around them. And even if the drivers do hit them, the indigenous 'pedestrians' have their problems solved one way or the other. It is a big pay day for them. And they get a few days stay in hospital at taxpayers expense. And if the driver contest that the indigenous person walked out in front of the car on purpose (dash cam footage to show this), the family and friends of the scammer go about rioting for a week.

Seriously, you need a few indigenous neighbours to show you their culture. And even if you have really decent indigenous neighbours, I bet they could likely have not very good relatives and friends.

you really are a fool

they deliberately step out in front of vehicles

it happened to me many times

they are entitled they think - because they own the road and the country

and they often end up dead

one guy threatened to shoot me because I hit his wife

I was on a motorbike

she stepped out in front of me and wham

the cops interviewed her in hospital and she told them I was supposed to stop for me

they booked her with crossing with undue care and attention

It was pretty nasty - I was 18 and only had a learners permit

it happens all the time

they are royalty and own the place so we all have to bow to them

you have to understand that an iq 70 or so person behind the wheel of a car is equivalent to an 11 year old driving

children can be trained to drive cars and operate heavy machinery more or less sufficiently but the risks of accidents or reckless behaviour are greater than an adult, hence results such as these

pedestrian behaviour is similar
