Far easier to just read through the salient points.  When I put up the COMPLETE voice proposal and the COMPLETE Cass Review into trannyism - I also took the time to put up the relevant bits such as points in Cass etc.

We're waiting..... just admit the 'judge' was out of order in condemning a defendant purely on the basis that the defendant was accused = guilt by accusation..... nothing to balance in any way.

On the other hand, it's long past time for the 'judiciary' to be put on trial for doing this kind of thing..... we all know that Judge John Deed with his innate sense of fairness doesn't exist, right?  We all know that Living With The Enemy isn't a documentary, right?  We all know that there are COUNTLESS PROBABILITIES of what may have actually occurred at that time and in that place  - ERGO - EVIDENCE was required for any 'judgement' or 'balance of probabilities' - not assumption, supposition, tea-leaf reading, 'feeling pressured by the mob', tender feelings towards the 'victims' who complain and suffer so terribly while the poor bastard accused apparently just rides over it in a haughty fashion suffering nothing, being a mammy's boy and thinking women can do no wrong and that unequal treatment before the law = preferential treatment for women is normal and right.... none of these may come into it.......

Get out the lynching ropes and fiery brands, boys... go after the judge.... grab and hang those who demand guilt by accusation .... it's rule of the loudest screeching mob out there so cast aside your civilised constraints and give it back to them equally....  sad, innit?  You drew down the thunder....

There will be no guilt by accusation in this country - not officially - though as  lawyer, Aussie, you will know that is more upheld in the breach than in the keeping- and countless people have been convicted on nothing more substantial than accusation and even when the evidence shows the opposite.  The general rule has been that 'courts' have found guilt as a matter of upholding police policy, regardless of facts and even realities.

So it is here.... this 'judge' has assumed that because they went there at that time - for whatever reason - sex actually took place.  There are countless reasons to say that it just as likely did not, so he mumbles on about how 'language' has changed somehow and so the meaning of RAPE has changed to mean pretty much anything. 

There is not even evidence that Bruce took off any of her clothing etc, and the available witnesses - the security girls - noted TWO DIFFERENT STAGES OF UNDRESS, both after Bruce had left..... the first one said 'partially clothed, dress up.  (and??)  The second said 'naked'.  There is a big difference and clearly the state of undress changed in the absence of Bruce - so what is there to say he ever touched even any of her clothing?

Assumption and prejudice and willingness to find guilt where there is no evidence.  Appeal won.... which is what was intended with this farcical finding same as the farcical criminal trial (The Trial That Never Was) - the baying crowd is satisfied they 'got' the piggy-eyed bastard and feel all chuffed and go down a few white wines - so they go away happy - then the 'verdict' is overturned on appeal and back to square one, and Ten and Lisa negotiate a settlement.

Meantime attempts continue to try to make out that Bruce is an essentially evil person - with some second unnamed, masked sheila working out several weeks after he allegedly porked her in Toowoomba who he was, and thinking to herself - "Five minutes of fame and a few lazy thou for victim money!"

And Lawfare is in play - the 'prosecution' is funded to the roof, the witnesses are paid by the state - the defendant - no job etc - has to find money to launch any defence or rely on 'Legal Aid' (two lies for the price of one) that will help sink his case for him.

And none dare call it Injustice...... but I do!  J'Accuse!!

Didn't convict anyone - case not proven... just working with the balance of probabilities there... how probable is it that she would pork this guy not recognise him and only after working out who he was several weeks later, not see this as a golden opportunity?  NEXT!!

Lessee now - pick-up somewhere sleazy ... what's your name... (let's just call him Mal Gibson) .. she doesn't recognise his face after it's been displayed millions of times ... takes him off somewhere and shags him - wakes up next morning with a smile on her face and goes about her business for several weeks..... sees his picture (well - looks like him) and says - "OMG!  I porked THE Bruce!  that means he must have raped me!"  Off to the coppers who rub their hands together in glee - we're on the map boys and girls .. promotions ahead!  So it's into court again with about zero evidence, and a lot of negative and even stupid evidence... and Bruce has to suffer for months and be spread far and wide as a raping mongrel.  Didn't she go back for seconds?

I sincerely hope it happens to some of you and soon.... the suicide rate would go up dramatically since you're all such wimps these days you can't trust your own truth any more but need it force fed to you.
