Reliable information that the juror who left the information on a table so as to allow the court to ceased the initial trial has been identified via ct and confirm via other juror and if the camera is correct?

Oh dear, when at first you seek to.........

Demand from Chanel #10 to bankrupt Bruce..... not quite but got your attention away from your navel for ad few seconds:-

https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/network-ten-requests-bruce-lehrmann-pay...

Lawfare at its very best - they know he's broke after years of brutal and unconvicted punishment.... so now they try to sneak out of it by buldozing him over money - what IS it they are afraid of?  You can't imagine the appeal court will throw the 'judge' 'Mindreader' Lee comment out, do you?  For lack of evidence you understand.

Ooooh - lookee this one!

"Justice Lee found, “it is more likely than not that Mr Lehrmann’s state of mind was such that he was so intent upon gratification to be indifferent to Ms Higgins’ consent, and hence went ahead with sexual intercourse without caring whether she consented.”

So Bruce - being a man - is so intent on 'having his way' that nothing would stop him... and that is the sole basis on which Mind-reader Lee said " 'e must 'ave done it!  You know what blokes are like!"

Does that amazing stereotype also apply to you, 'Mr' Lee?  And all your male friends and male relatives?  This is, after all - 2024...... not 1954, you know.... and I was of the belief that one of the foundations of 'feminism' was that 'stereotypes' were out of the game.... and yet you cling to this as your ONLY excuse for asserting that a man was guilty despite the absolute lack of ANY corroborative evidence.

A bloke cleared to work in one of the highest and most secure offices in the country is a lust-crazed monster?

The bloke has a girlfriend at home yet is so overcome - at that single time - by lust that he cannot control himself with young Brittany sprawled drunk and dress up wearing no pants all night already on the minister's couch - who - let's face it - is hardly that exciting a prospect.

Where is the evidence of intercourse having taken place - to be placed in the 'balance'?  Only that Bruce is assumed to be a raging monster with a monster in his pants after downing a heap of spirits all night and the 'judge' has magically read his mindset at that time?

Can someone tell me this - is this Lee a poof without a single real idea of what a Man is and does?  He sure sounds like a mammy's boy.

No wonder they're all running scared... and are trying to push Broke Bruce out of the game using Lawfare.

Your right to be innocent stops at the end of your bank balance.

Interesting dramatis personae:-

https://www.afr.com/companies/media-and-marketing/destined-for-greatness-lehrman...

Hmmm - old mates on the 'right' side of Hang the Pig, Drink His Blood.  I mean we all know how Labor views poor suffering women - to this day they are short-changed in pay, don' cha know - despite being paid on average 7-10% more per actual hour worked than men?

Once a victim, always a victim and Lee is on 'the right side' here.

The best and perhaps only good part of his fatally flawed judgement - is that he set it up to fail - while still getting all the kudos from the 'poor women' groups with their flaming brands and lynch ropes.... the mad mob.

Now wonder Australia is in rack and ruin.... split endlessly into small loud-voiced groups who are then paid off to vote one way or the other, one by one, while the majority take it all on the chin.

Another charlatan in a seat way above his capabilities.... and it will never cost him one cent... when his judgement is dismissed as nonsensical, he will still be a hero.....  Poor Fellow - My Country.

Translates:-  the loudest megaphone does not always speak the truth.

Did one of those online tests - bet none of youse buggars would agree with this - mothracorp think I'm a right wing masked executioner of anything smarmy:-

"You're outgoing, intuitive, social, and thrive on your interactions with people. You're deeply empathetic and you easily connect with people. Sometimes this is a bit exhausting, and you often need time alone to recharge your emotional batteries. Emotional intelligence is key to building social relationships. It enables you to reach out, connect, empathize with others and communicate with a sense of mutual understanding. You know how to read people and you feel energized from your rich and meaningful social life. You're a genuine healer at heart, beloved by all."

Bloke asked me recently if I'd lost any patients - he was one o' them trans-supporters - I said NO - you can find them all in the morgue or the graveyard or the funeral parlour, with their gonads intact.

It's a pity someone - Michael Cimino - already did Shutter Island, where a 'patient' is loose among the inmates as a federal agent and is on the run and finding out things....  imagine a film about a young doctor slotted into a 'transgender' ward....... with all The Madness laid out to see......  suffering, bleeding children etc, butchery of sound body parts, Norman Bates Florence Nightingales with carving knives,'psychologists' like SS doctors, etc (this one to the left... this one to the left... this one to the left)...... and asking self HTF any medical professional could do such things .... wondering if he/she had wandered into a mad house:-

First they take you down to the cells in the basement of Ward C, Teddy... then they put on the restraints so tight your balls and tits ache..... they come back and tighten 'em over and over until your tits and balls are almost gone ... they fill you up with artificial chemicals 'til you don't even know yourself any more... then they drug you up with artificial hormones and fill you with tranquilisers and pain killers.... and they drag you up to the light house and cut into your guts and chop out your gonads..... you gotta get us all off this island, Teddy.. PLEASE!!

"Yes, Justice Lee declared, he thought Bruce Lehrmann lied about things. Yes, he thought journalists had got things wrong, or fanned the flames of conspiracy where one did not necessarily exist. Yes, he thought Brittany Higgins misremembered things and allowed her fear that reporting the rape would ruin her career to curdle into a conviction that dark forces were conspiring to bring about that result for political purposes."

Well - there's your shades of grey right there.... this one is called CLEAR BIAS!  He lied - she 'deliberately disremembered' through unfounded fear for which there was no foundation at all.  In other words - he's a dirty boy in the schoolyard and she's a goody two-shoes girl.... anything he says, does or is accused of - he's wrong.... she can never be wrong.

Appeal found in favour of Bruce.

**Lee is a Catholic School boy ... that should tell you a lot.... maybe the priests beat the Virgin Mary into him - no wrong can be done by womanhood and boys one school, girls another and private schools at that.  Again - what would the thinking 'feminist' say .... if indeed there is such a thing....?

The most the judge could suggest (suggest only) was that they probably went there for an 'assignation' - she dropped off - he said "F
u
ck this!"  And went home..... there is nothing to indicate that any intercourse took place.

(ahem)  What Did His Girlfriend At Home Have To Say About When He Got There?  Did he smell of pussy?  Do you need another ROFL emoticon?  Of course not - he smelt of a fresh shower in Reynold's office shower!!!!  As in WTF??  How about TWO ROFL emoticons?

In simple English - the judge was wrong - he knew he was wrong - he was playing that game of 'playing Solomon' and finding one way at the same time as the other and leaving it open to appeal, thus appeasing the blood-crazed mob at the door while opening the door for reality - meaning he did not have the balls of his own convictions and is therefore not suited to be a judge.

She said - he said - he lied about OTHER things, she simply didn't tell the truth about other things....  world of difference .... sure, sure... we believe you... in other words - he's a bloke and therefore guilty of LUST!! - she's the Virgin Mary...

Probably. It was more like dribbled Johnny Walker, paper-clips, gents urinal disinfectant, hand wash, polyester, car fumes and girlfriend's fried chips with palmolive.
