Substantial evidence... e.g.:-

"That guy ran up the back of my car!"

"Yes, clearly his car is stuck on your tow bar, his car's paint matches the dents on the back of yours, and the coolant fluid from his radiator matches the splashes on the ... rear ... of your car...we tested it to be sure ....."

Catch my drift??

You can't say - "That guy ran up the back of my car!" ... and have nothing to show that he did......

Drunk driver, seen by security on front seat parked 1 metre from your car, in your drive-way. You say he ran over your roses. He says it was the wind blowing your wheelie bin full of whisky bottles. The dog cocked his leg. Neighbour smelled nothing.

When you have been drinkin', you don't really think all that clearly. I think I have massive experience of heavy drinkin'... and not thinking all that clearly. Sometimes, I am as sober as anything, and I am not thinking all that clearly. That is because I was drinking a few nights before, and my hangover takes 2 days to clear.

But, n.e.weigh. For all we know, there might have been a suggestion by one side or the other to go to Parliament and have a few more drinks and a lay down. Perhaps Brittany had some overconfidence that she could get up and make a show of how strong as a woman she is by being able to handle her alcohol.

I get the feeling that Brittany was not just drunk, but drink spiked. If you are that out of it with the alcohol that you don't know that you are being raped, then I would say that there is a likelihood of drink spiking going on. It is difficult to speculate that when there is video evidence that Brittany was walking okay inside the Parliament building.

I don't know all the facts to this case. Maybe Aussie can take pity with me and provide me with the transcript of the court case of Higgins vs Lehrmann. I will have a look around online.

Interesting - but I don't think thirteen drinks needs much spiking... in that state, though - a recollection of waking up for a short time etc..... you've surely been there... back to that hospital, man - when I was drugged after heart op I swore the nurses were having a party in the garden outside the glass doors... thing is - when I thought about it later - it's a bit hard to have a party in the garden outside the glass windows on the seventh floor... or whatever it was... and the way that bed ran around the ward when I closed my eyes....

Point is - 'waking up with Deuce on top of her' may not be a reliable memory .... in that state.... and that is why substantial corroborative evidence is a MUST for ALL court hearings.  Assumptions are just not good enough - but you try telling that to the crazed sheila mob with pitch forks and flaming brands and lynch ropes outside the court doors.... just waiting for a single wrong word.... and all backed by the media for a headline.

Was the media guilty?  YES!  Do they owe Deuce?  YES!  Do they encourage this destruction of the Law?  YES!  Should they be brought to heel for doing this over and over?  YES!

Judges and magistrates should not be kow-towing to them for fear of a bad headline.... they must stick to the legal truth ONLY and damn the torpedoes.... and the media who breach that rule should be charged with contempt.

Does Brittany owe Deuce? Probably - but they could have probably settled that over a drink.............  **snuckles**

She sent a video of Bruce penetrating her to her friend Craigette (pimples, skinny, spiked hair). Lee had a perv and deleted it. Reynolds saw the vibes around the couch but assumed it was Johnnie who Walked. Grapps goes with Bruce.

Are we talking in terms of thirteen drinks at the nightclub? Or thirteen drinks that I would pour?

I tend to put about 150mL of scotch into a glass, two ice cubs, and the rest cola. That is 500mL of a beverage in a 550mL glass mug. I do that about 6 times during a drinking session, where I have enough scotch left over to either finish up at 2 in the morning, or I leave it to finish as an "eye opener" the next day.

I would imagine that my condition by drink number 6 is where I am so tired that I fall asleep, as would someone like Brittany after finishing 13 nightclub drinks. However, I severely doubt that I would be so inebriated that I would not notice someone touching me.

You will not get access to transcripts without paying huge dollars.  You'll have to rely on media reports and Lee's published Judgement.

Bruce needed her political advice at the late night research session. Otherwise he wouldn't have arranged for her to be in the Commonwealth legislative premises with him. After consultations with governmental colleagues, he was up to speed and aware of the complex material he was drafting with her expertise.

Maybe he was shaking her - not baking her... or shucking her or something similar...only they know for sure - and even that's not sure....

"We've gotta get outta here!"

"Yeah... ged ouda there ....**snore" ....

I'm fascinated with Lee's extra assertion that 'rape has changed meanings'.... or whatever he said there that means something like that .... **scratches head** .. I always thought it was pretty clear....

'Rape which describes the forced penetration of the vagina or anus of any person with any part of the body of another person, or any object, against their will or consent. It also includes oral sex. In NSW Criminal Law, the term rape is no longer used and has been replaced by the term sexual intercourse without consent'.

Bruce of course could have produced the 38pages of documents that he and Ms Whisky created. Probably in all probability.

So now the next round of BS will be about the 'definition' of 'sexual intercourse' ... I always thought that was pretty straight up and down myself....

... and Lee's Mistake just rolls on and on .... what did Bruce Lehrmann do to someone 'in the know' that he 'needed' to be so discredited??  Aye - but he were hell bent on sex!  Look at his eyes ... piggy as .... oh, yeah ....  plied her with alcohol all night he did.... looks like he bought two a shout and two drinks separate... I count six seven people at the table.... $40 = five drinks (all bought at once) ..... $16 = two drinks - for whom?  .. $24.20 = two or three drinks - for whom? ... Barton Grocer packet of condoms??  What did the others drink all night while (let's call her complainant B) was downing a dozen or more?  If Bruce was drinking with colleagues for over five hours they HAD to be in a shout!!  HOW DID HE PLY HER WITH A DOZEN OR MORE ON THAT EXPENDITURE???  Did anyone check THEIR cards to see if they were all six/SEVEN indeed in a shout?  Ex-culpatory excluded???

Argh, aye - 'must' have had another source of funds.... clearly so considering he.... wait a minute....... what DID he actually 'do'?  This could go around and around until even a 'judge's' mind is confused.... Argh aye - he plied her with drinks therefore MUST have had another source of funds!!!  Yeah... yeah... that's it .... cool story, bro.... circular 'logic'......  LMFAO .. clearly the guy is totally innocent!!

So much material for any appeal....  why did Bruce's lawyers not address these issues?  I guess they just couldn't imagine such a stupid rendering of 'facts' as presented by Lee.... who would?  Just goes to show with idiots on the bench you need to cover EVERY single little thing....  FFS ... what 'judge' would come up with 'hell bent on sex, etc'.... based ENTIRELY on her accusation and nothing else of direct relevance??? WTF??

A man got life without parole from a bad reputation for that incredible assumption to please a baying crowd of feminist lunatics (if you don't by now understand that beast - you never will - I'll be laughing at you, same as your nonsensical Aboriginal Supremacism) ..... what's he going to do for a job and to get by?  The accuser, untested - got a three million dollar medal AND a job she could never work at again with the UN a couple of weeks later!!!!!!!

I think Lee has been reading the 'Slow Horses' series... Roddie the loser nerd buying drinks for his 'pals' who all despise him while his Korean gf somehow always finds a way to avoid going home with him... and turns out to be a NK spy...  now WTF would she be getting out of Slough House?

Appeal Upheld...... Lee turned out into the street to beg for a living instead of the feathered ride.... FFS... and Lee's Mistake just rolls on and on....  What Was He Thinking?
