Now then - how's his appeal against Lee going and how is the Reynolds/Higgins Saga?  Reckon they'll wear him down yet?  Lawfare you understand... using 'law' coupled with prejudices and such to get your way... and wow - a reversion to the good old days of 'class lawfare' with the fat wallets holding sway..... then to make it worse the 'judge' manufactures 'evidence' in his head to fill in the gaps!!!  Amazing in the 21st Century....

Soon we'll be back to the days of poof crime and such - the good old cave man days of 'jurisprudence' ..... infallible judges steeped in fine liquor.... and totally biased... amazing that Aussie claims to have defended some bloke accused of rape ... but the moment deuce was accused - with near zero evidence - Aussie wanted him hung, drawn and quartered.

Brain damage, you see?  Now you toddle along and try to avoid the same fate.

God is clearly on the side of the big wallets..... now that needs fixing right here and now....

Now then - about that simple maths of adding 30 days to 20 ..... ummmm ... I can see a few here who would benefit from doing fifty days.... might calm and order their thinking for them to confront the truly awake world out there....

We need to apply the Lee Values here..... clearly even though this 'woman' says she didn't want to do the ten o'clock the next morning round after a tempestuous night long epic, she was so overcome by lust that her body was going to have its way regardless..... and when it comes to the reality of her plying Deuce with her mental issues all night, without there being any evidence of doctor's etc reports allowed (nah - can't discuss her mental state as she makes accusations, can we?)  we are forced to accept that she had a secret hidden source of mental deficit...

Thank Dog for Judge Lee and his common sense... he's cleared up the absolute right to simply make things up and insert them to fill any gaps that seem to be in the case ........

Anyone can have a single short round... so where did your outrageous and anti-Law views on guilt come from?  Guilt by accusation you KNOW is verboten... insertion of assumption by a 'judge' to fill in gaps in finding guilt are more than verboten ..... doesn't stop 'em but Deuce will win on appeal or a grave injustice will have been done.

48 days.... Jesus.... they could have built several houses in that time....  I remember 48 days ago seeing Greg Pecc rape someone... yeah.... there was a chance several days later at a regular medical appointment including mental health to say something, but it simply didn't occur to the claimant to do so ...  yeah... yeah .... four full weeks later seeing him on national tv she figured she should ring a mate and 'wow' it to the mate.... then wait nearly three weeks again before deciding that the time was ripe to say - "Oh - but I said no in mid-stream!"

Jesus, Aussie.... give us a break with this 'protecting the victim' BS - there IS NO perpetrator until a case is proven... and therefore no opportunity to say that 'victim' (read complainant) has been 'protected' in any way...

What happened to you, Aussie?  You used to be a shyster we could rely on to at least uphold the right..... was it Brittany And The Beast with all its flaws that did you down?  You need to get that looked at very seriously.... I mean - we get some here who seem to imagine that by going on and on and on and never meeting anything, they are 'getting at me' - I'm calmly returning my 16"/38 rounds and demolishing them ...

Skanka is out - got an appointment at Fraser Island to sell those woosy 'Aboriginal rights to everything on claim/demand' to those who live there....
