I defend facts and law - you defend unwarranted and illegal violence against people purely on accusation never proven.  Clearly you need help, too.

Would you say all that to deuce's face if he were right there in front of you?  Think carefully ....... very carefully ... about what you would do in your delusional self-righteous state ...... the doors of the cells are yawning wide for any and all of you .....

Let's see you!!

Yup - there is an alleged perpetrator - who may or may not be the person actually accused.... and unless and until a crime has been shown to have been committed on evidence conclusive - no possibility exists of either a victim or a perpetrator.

I'm absolutely certain that a person is the victim of an assault from the moment the assault takes place.

Not the moment a court rules on it.

I quite honestly can't believe i'm having to type all of that out.

What lunatic refutes it?

Crappler, that's who. Ozpol's pigeon in chief.

Hands up if you know why people don't always immediately report sexual assault and why sometimes they never do?

First split off rape from 'sexual assault' - then we'll talk.  Deliberately inflating the claimed figures for RAPE y including 'he looked up my dress on the stairs' will hot help your case.  Why not throw in 'rape ideation' as well... just to make up the numbers.....

Rape is THE minority crime...

Countless reasons.... I'm sure your propaganda has a list unrelated to reality...

. poor reaction from police  ... lie...
- public humiliation - lie - their names are protected while The Deuce is named and shamed long before any attempt at a trial ....
- lack of facilities in emergency rooms - lie ...
- adverse family reaction - lie ....

I've got one for you - woman already undergoing mental elf treatment, some of it within three days of this event, with reports already  written stating 'high probability of memory loss' (etc) due to substance abuse - takes four weeks to realise that the bloke she willingly shagged is The Deuce!!  ... only does so when he is shown on TV ....then waits another twenty days to make any official complaint of a besotted recollection of Round (choose a number) after a wild night of shagging where she recalls mumbling 'NO'........ forty eight days in all - seven weeks...... during which any 'evidence' is long gone ..... and we are left with the accusation standing forlorn and alone ..........  waiting for a security truck filled with cash ....

Enter stage left - The Magistrate - posing as defender of all that is true, right, just and equal ......

"Aha!  MY five minutes of fame here - and a possible promotion from the Labor government for siding with their push for 'guilt upon accusation' (denouncement) only followed by dire punishment for life..... but only for men ... mothra will love that ... aussie will have kittens again ...."

When I was a lad I served a term
As office boy to an attorney's firm.
I cleaned the windows
And I swept the floor
And I polished up the handle
Of the big front door

[CHORUS] He polished up
The handle of the big front door.

I polished up the handle so carefully,
That now I am the ruler
Of the Queen's Navy.

So women should make themselves available for sex at a man's whim? This is of course, the logical conclusion of your argument. Were you assulted? Were you beaten? Was a weapon held on you? Were you bound? Denied movement? Denied agency?

Were you traumatised?

Which of these demonstrated a crime against personhood, Frank? You absolute idiot?

And citing Germaine when she's at her outright battiest and most controversial is just a shameless example of how very fickle you are ... so flimsy is the sand you have built your world view on, anyone will do to side with ... for the instant their useful of course. I cab assure you that you have far less in common with Greer and that this outlier, so desperately clung to by you and your patriarchal view that women ought serve the various "needs" of men is in stark contrast to absolutely everything else she's ever said.

Any port in the storm, eh fruitbat.

There is nothing there worth responding to. It's just gibberish.

Lunatic ravings.

The only thing i gleaned was that somehow you think women who've been raped are required by you to be of a certain character type and to report the incident in a timely fashion or else be forever vilified by sad, lonely, delusional old men on the internet.

Thankfully, this is all quite antiquated and we now understand why women, men and children can take time in reporting assaults against them. More often than not, they never do.

The single greatest irony is you anachronistic misogynists wonder why ... after trash talking these already at least potentially traumatised women publicly, all in the myopic and eye-wateringly moronic PRESUMPTION that they are lying.

And now amount of window dressing or blustering is going to detract from the very really fact that that is precisely what you are doing.

So - why would anyone NOT report a crime in a timely fashion?

Who said that ALL women who behaved the way this one did - and who already was in receipt of mental health reports referred to by a doctor, which reports said she had memory losses - were in the same category?

You really are rabid, aren't you, mothra?  such hate that you spread one case out like manure being washed out of a cow shed to cover all -

I never mentioned ALL allegations of rape - YOU did - and then tried to say that somehow in discussing one, I was discussing all!

Are you mad?  Or is it pure stupidity?

THIS woman was receiving mental elf treatment before shagging Deuce; she had records showing memory problems from substance abuse and perhaps other things - THIS woman failed for 48 days to make any complaint - THIS woman didn't even consider such a thing until she saw Deuce on national television in regard to the Brittany And The Beast fantasy four weeks later and then waited a further twenty days - THIS woman had zero substantial evidence, either - THIS woman similarly had an alleged drunken/drugged recollection of mumbling NO in the middle of one of the many sessions that night/morning ....

Are you mad?  How DARE you even try to suggest I said such things about ALL such cases?

...
