Senator Reynolds actions do not reconcile with the statements (lies) she told the court....Why would Reynolds who claims to believe Ms Higgins was raped and that she fully supported her then sacked her accuser, go on to help the alledged rapist against the woman Reynolds claimed was the victim....Why did Senator Reynolds help the person she believed was a rapist Crappler???

Huh Huh Huh

She didn't - she gave the benefit of doubt... Reynolds did not SAY she believed it implicitly - just that she accepted the possibility pending proof and asked Higgins if she had anything she wanted to discuss with the police next door or so.  Deuce was not sacked for being a rapist - he was sacked for a security breach, and Higgins was on the mat for the same breach.  You really must stop confusing things with one another.

At the time of that interview, her first opportunity to make that claim of rape, Higgins did not.  That story came later, after she'd had time to think about it or get advice from what increasingly appears to be a manipulative and scheming 'boyfriend' or similar.

Higgins accepted the legal right of the defendant to request information, and she gave it.  Had the accuser asked, I have no doubt she would have received the same level of attention..... Higgins/Lawyers did not ask Reynolds for any corroboration, but chose, rather, to try to use Reynolds as a stalking horse to muddy the waters of the case that never was.... make out that the only reason Higgins did not come forward at the outset and then actually destroyed evidence and later made **coughs** incorrect statements to police etc, was because she had been 'victimised' by Reynolds.  If someone had tried to stand over YOU in that way, what would be your response if you were genuinely aggrieved?  I'd be in front of the cameras in five minutes, not waging a war of words on social media to undermine.

Mark that word - CASE  that never was...nobody knows to this day whether or not the alleged event took place - but the CASE when presented was as thin as that old Ethiopian's whippett, and had no chance of success in any real court of Law (not law), and therefore the CASE did not exist other than in the mind of the accuser and those prepared to jump to conclusions and be lead by the nose like sheep.

How d'ya feel?

You are a liar and a dickhead Crappler....Why lie when the truth is so easy to prove arsehole!!!

Quote:
Outside court, Senator Reynolds told media she took legal action against Ms Higgins to defend allegations made about her and the non-existent cover-up of a rape.

She defended the decision to launch legal action against Ms Higgins, who she acknowledged had been raped in Parliament House.

“It’s important to note that I’ve never doubted or contradicted (Ms Higgins’ rape allegations), in fact I did everything I could to support the allegations,” she said.

So how do you reconcile your bullshit and the fact Reynolds claimed to believe Ms Higginsl....Why did Senator Reynolds help the person she believed was a rapist Crappler!!!

How d'ya feel ya pathetic lying rape excuser???

No, no, no, dopey - Reynolds said she'd never DOUBTED Higgins' tale of woe - not that she believed it....it's the same for Deuce's tale of woe - Reynolds never doubted his version of events ... she never said she believed it.

What you and countless others always fail to see is that maintaining a neutral position is not taking sides, as you do and did instantly.  Your kind simply do not have the nous to understand the difference between the two positions.

Reynolds herself said she'd taken a neutral position and  that means she did not judge instantly but awaited FACTS - which in support of Higgins' case were never forthcoming.

So if Deuce's lawyers asked Reynolds for clarification on certain points, and Reynolds responded by giving that clarification - what she did was legally correct.  Again - had Higgins' lawyers requested clarification on certain points, Reynolds, on that history, would have responded in exactly the same manner.

Stop being one-eyed and stupid with it.... even for you there is hope.

Clearly Reynolds has been defamed...

Poor Perth.... no wonder it's way over there... nobody on the Australian side wants all them Poms here, either..."

According to Crappler Reynolds never doubting or contradicting Ms Higgins’ rape allegations does'nt mean she believed it....Apparently Reynolds cannot be believed because according to Crappler she was lying when she claimed.... “It’s important to note that I’ve never doubted or contradicted (Ms Higgins’ rape allegations), in fact I did everything I could to support the allegations,” she said...Reynolds lied according to Crappler who knows what was really in Reynolds head when she lied to the court!!!

Can you provide any statement from Reynolds were she claimed she did not believe Ms Higgins rape allegations Crappler....You made the claim now back it up ya smacking dickhead???

Doubt is one end of the line - belief is the other - saying you do not doubt does not automatically place you at the belief end....  reynolds offered Higgins every chance to make a statement early and even offered a walk down to the police office - Higgins said no.  Higgins' later assertions were never validated.

Stop pretending to be stupid.  I don't doubt that you are an idiot who cannot understand English ...  but until it is clearly proven that you are an idiot, I don't necessarily believe you are....

Now then - I suppose you think that Mayo's 'listen' meant 'hear and obey or be punished', rather than simply hearing what they have to say?

It's a cultural thing - in your case a lack of cultural thing.  No wonder the voice failed with mouths like that pushing for it... including you.

'never doubted or contradicted' ... so she was open to hearing the story - much later - as Higgins provided - and was prepared to wait on the evidence before leaping to a conclusion like you.... she also never doubted or contradicted Deuce... that must stick in your craw - someone actually being neutral and awaiting the facts first, unlike you, you crawling POS.

Now you try to convert 'never doubted or contradicted' into 'believed' and demand an answer on that basis.

You've got your answer... she never doubted or contradicted - but that does not equate to absolute belief.....and as time goes by any belief in the veracity of Higgins grows thinner and thinner.

Go home.

doubt - 1. : uncertainty of belief or opinion. 2. : the state of being uncertain

belief - an acceptance that something exists or is true, especially one without proof.

At no time did Reynolds use, express, the word 'believe' or 'belief in the Higgins saga..... she simply said she had not expressed doubt.  This in the context of not wishing to impose on or intimidate Higgins at that time - but in her trained way - to get to the truth.

Again - Reynolds offered Higgins a 'walk' to the local police post in the building IF she had anything of a legal nature she may wish to discuss - it was not Reynolds' place, as she herself said, to control any legal issue - Higgins - again - refused the 'walk', having at that time no complaint to make.

That - as well as not expressing doubt about the story - was offering support without intruding into things that were not her domain, but the domain of police - IF any such event occurred, as Reynolds held out the offer of discussing - which is why Reynolds much later, on hearing out of Higgins' mouth that she was a nasty bitch and intimidated Higgins, burst out with "Lying cow!".

I think Higgins is gone on this one - which only adds to a so far very sorry tale that reflects well on nobody - but reflects better on Reynolds than the others.
