High Profile Case in Toowoomba

This matter has been going on for most of this year currently in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court.

There was a recent appearance and a poo fight over a mobile phone. Stuffed if I know the relevance of that given that it is alleged the victim and perp did not know each other until the time the offence was allegedly committed.

Next Court date is 9th August, 2023.

No brown paper bag of Uncanny's boiled lollies for guessing who the alleged perp is, ey!

A few observations :

1. Why is this same guy always referred to as a high profile person whenever he’s implicated in legal proceedings? Is that his official legal alias?

2. I think it would be interesting if the victim’s phone messages were obtained if only so as to confirm the messages which the high profile person has.

3. I personally would like to see this matter proceed to a full hearing.

Lehrmann was born in Toowoomba and has resided there with his mother....The dates the allegations were made allign with the Toowoomba allegations....Coincidence you reacon???

1. That’s right Grappler! All WE ever did was defend the truth AND the presumption of innocence until proven guilty which is what our legal system is based on.
