Nothing more than the formal apology endorsed by all , even Dutton, given by Rudd.

Get yer hands off it, you faux outraged wankers.

No comparison. Rudd & Co are adult politicians.

Hanging guilt trips on pre-schoolers is not the job of their teachers.

I hope you don't have children or grandkids if you agree with hanging that shyte on them.

Expressing regret for something that happened years ago is not a guilt trip, you idiot.

FMD AUSSIE ... THE TODDLERS WERE APOLOGISING FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER DID AND CAN’T UNDERSTAND!

You missed the point entirely!

The kids didn't apologise for anything.

They drew a heart on a piece of paper.

Frank has already exposed Gordon's lie.

Oh sigh ...

It matters not who (in that classroom) held the pencil and wrote those words during the lesson ... it was PART of the lesson which is THE POINT ffs and that lesson WAS forced onto toddlers who have done nothing wrong AND CAN’T understand what they were supposed to have done wrong.

FFS! We’re talking toddlers still using pull ups and/or still need help when going to the toilet. 😐

What was forced onto them, exactly?

Do you have evidence to support anything you're saying?

As I said before, this is all a lie and Frank has confirmed it.

There is no evidence whatsoever that any children were forced to do anything.

You fell for Gordon's lie, and Channel 9's click-bait.

Aussie don’t you dare run away from this BS which you’ve written.

Must I remind you that we’re not talking about criminals in the district court of NSW expressing regret/remorse so as to get a more lenient sentence.

These are toddlers who need help going to the toilet and who probably still wear Huggies pull up nappies. They’re vulnerable and innocent and naive. Yet here they are ... saying sorry for something they never did AND can’t possibly understand.

When did they say sorry?

And where is your proof?

Calm down for a minute and look at this click-bait story objectively.

Where is the evidence that any child was forced to do or say anything?

Could you do me a favour and place the pics in the OP back up? I’m of course assuming you CAN do this.

(I can’t do so as this iPhone is hit and miss with posting attachments on OzPol)

Here is the OP 👇

To a limited extent, I agree Aussie.

But the point of this debate is primarily not
about that specifically, but about the age of
the pre-schoolers at 3-4 years, and the "right"
of their teachers to imply that they're all
responsible for the historic wrongs committed
against our Aboriginals, and the wrongs still
being committed today.

It's perfectly okay for thinking adults to express
their regrets/apologies etc, but not for little
children who're barely self-aware, let alone
aware of historical wrongs possibly committed
by their ancestors and/or family.

(BTW, you don't need personal
insults to make a point in any
debate.    It only weakens your
argument.)

Apologising for what you have evidently not done makes you a fraud. Anyone accepting such an apology makes them a fraud, too.

Anyone making little children apologise for something they haven't  done and do not understand is a monstrous****ing fraud and should not be let near any classroom.

Nobody is making little children do anything (unless you're referring to the allegations against Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein).

Those cards were not written by the preschoolers, ...

Ah.

So no preschoolers were forced to say sorry then.

It was all a lie.

Gordon: Frank has uncovered your lie.

Gawd you are stinking creep, repulsive turd.

They were made to apologise. The teacher supplied the WRITTEN words and the lesson plan and the 'learning outcomes' of apologising for what happened decades before they were born.

Your despicable, evil baseness is limitless, stinking Macedonian content farmer.

If you read the article, the very first lines state:

"Families of preschool students say they are outraged after their children were asked to make "sorry" cards to First Nations people apologising for the actions of colonisers.
2GB listener Kim told Chris O'Keefe that her four-year-old twin grandchildren had participated in a lesson of painting cards apologising to First Nations people on National Sorry Day earlier this year at their preschool in Sydney's south.

One card read: "Sorry for hurting you. Sorry for hurting your land."

Looking at in one way, you could say it's a way to introduce young children to empathy, history, and social justice. While the children themselves may not have been responsible for historical injustices, the goal could be to help them understand the impacts of those actions and to develop a sense of responsibility towards creating a more just society.

However, it's obviously a highly sensitive area in society, and it may have been prudent to consult with parents beforehand.
