Matty - don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Only 1 person on each Trump jury has to be a Trump supporter and Trump walks.
Trump will be the next leader of the free world -
your world - your leader too.

Grand juries have already voted unanimously on every indictment, Bobby. If I was advising the big fella, particularly in his federal Florida case, I'd request a trial by judge.

Of course, I'd be advising him to plead guilty on lessor charges and not even go to trial. Otherwise, his legacy is going to have a sentence in the decades.

But why are you raising legal arguments? You've put up a pic of Nancy and co in cuffs. There's not even any evidence to press charges.

Are you a bot or just lying?

Trump always acted upon the legal advice of his lawyers.
You can blame them if they were wrong not our innocent leader.

forgiven

Innocent, is he?

I see. Can you name one indictment he's innocent on?

Just one. After that, you'll be free to join your Master.

Trump said he was innocent on all counts -

he even has irrefutable evidence:

Don't worry -
when Trump is POTUS he'll make the perverts pay
who rummaged through his wife's panty drawers.

I still think Trump could weasel his way out of this. Lets get back to the reality of the case:

NYT today.

"Federal officials charged with state crimes can move their cases to federal court if they can convince a judge that they are being charged for actions connected to their official duties, among other things.

In the Georgia case, the question of whether to change the venue — a legal maneuver known as removal — matters because it would affect the composition of a jury. If the case stays in Fulton County, Ga., the jury will come from a bastion of Democratic politics where Mr. Trump was trounced in 2020. If the case is removed to federal court, the jury will be drawn from a 10-county region of Georgia that is more suburban and rural — and somewhat more Trump-friendly. Because it takes only one not-guilty vote to hang a jury, this modest advantage could prove to be a very big deal."

The media failed to do a count of Republican guns at the jailhouse, which would indicate how the judges will jump.

Inciting an insurrection an overturning the results of a free and fair election are not actions connected to their official duties.

And he politely asked Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger for 11,780 votes. Trump didn't use Federal force which would have allowed him to pardon himself. But he may argue he had an official duty to win against the US people.

Let's hear what a federal prosecutor has to say about it:

No no, I'm asking how they found stolen classified records there. Your Dear Leader admitted he put them there.

Is that right? He stole classified government records and put them in his wife's panty drawers, where any rapist or pervert could find them?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

A person's office has no bearing on the crime of incitement.

Quote:
It is a felony under US federal law to intentionally “solicit,
command, induce, or otherwise endeavour to persuade”
another person to engage in a crime of violence against a
person or property. 18 U.S.C. § 373.

It's more than obvious that Trump committed
a felony on or around 6 January 2021.

Classified government documents from the Obama administration were found in a storage space in the garage of President Joe Biden’s Delaware home, Biden said.

The disclosure of that latest discovery comes three days after Richard Sauber, who is Biden’s special counsel, confirmed media reports that a first batch of classified documents from the Obama administration were found in an office that Biden used in a Washington think tank.

“As I said earlier this week, and by the way, my Corvette is in a locked garage, so it’s not like they’re sitting out on the street,” Biden said, referring to the second batch of documents.

The Department of Justice is investigating the situation.
