Lot of things could be easier—if Aussie was straightforward instead of addicted to playing games.

Why not? You would have had a tracking id to prove where and when you sent it and when it was received by the receiving office.

Then the lunacy would have been about the envelope was empty, no cash.

None of this is real, it is a lunatic getting fired up and Aussie playing games, not being straightforward.

But as I said, I told Aussie that when the envelope went into the pillarbox outside the Post Office I considered the $60 repaid.

You said I should send you neither cash or cake.

Couldn’t be stuffed making the second cake so it was cash.

If you wanted it EFT you should have given me the account details. But then I could prove I sent and you received the money and that wouldn’t suit the game you were playing. So I just used the one avenue that was left and told you that when I put the envelope in the pillar box I considered the $60 paid.

You said you already had them
, having, you said/claimed, sent me money previously.

All this fuss over a bit of pocket change, petty cash FFS!

So...why didn't you send it to my account?  I did not ask you not to.

Now that you're here, you would know that sending cash through the mail is not a crime; otherwise, if you knowingly received the letter containing cash, would you have been duty-bound to report a crime?

Or if you received the letter and kept the money would you have been complicit in the commission of a crime?

So far as I am aware (I have no special legal knowledge on the matter and neither have I googled), it is not illegal to send money in the mail.  Stupid, but.

When you first lodge an inquiry with AusPost regarding a late registered item, AusPost allows itself up to 10 business days in the event that the item is delayed.

Auspost issues a case number and sends it to the inquirer. The inquirer can add details online to assist with the inquiry.

The likes of road closures due to, say, floods/bushfires do occur and mail, not travelling by air, is unavoidably delayed.

After 10 business days from the expected arrival date, AusPost initiates an inquiry.

If after a further 10 days, the item cannot be located, AusPost determines that the item is lost or stolen and offers payment of up to $100.

FMD - you’re a bona fide moron. You googled something. Unfortunately (for you) it has SFA to do with THIS matter.

Lisa....please read the Rules here about posting that sort of diagnosis when you cannot possibly do so credibly.

I think where people go wrong is not knowing the difference between illegality and a courier company's policy.

The other point is, if you were laundering cash and using the mail to move it, then the crime is laundering - and likely using a service to assist in the laundering. The act of sending legit cash (under, say $10,000) is not illegal.

This Rule does not apply to Jovial Monk.  He is free to make as many absurd allegations/accusations about the mental state of other posters as he wishes, and they, likewise, are free to make as many adverse comments about his mental capacity as they like.  This amendment made 26th October, 2022.

10.  Unqualified 'expert' opinions.

I see it all over OzPol.  Opinions from lay idiots that someone is a psychopath, a sociopath, or has some sort of disorder, mental or otherwise, opinions from amateur wankers who have zero qualifications in the relevant area.

I am stopping the practice here from now on.  Any such, like or similar opinion expressed will be nuked by me, unless the Poster sends me proof of their ID and relevant qualifications.

Use of the words 'moron,' 'idiot,' 'stupid,' etc do not come within the ambit of this Rule.

There is the game.

I never said I had his bank details. I pointed out that the talk, including by Aussie, was that he returned $60. If he had given his bank details to me he had two years to remove them and cover up his traces. Pointless. All this hysteria—and today was not the first or second time Larry has made long hysterical threads about this. About $60, can you imagine, all this hysteria about $60?

What nonsense. I can only hope FD sees the carry on Larry errr carries on regularly with and boots his arse out of OzPol. Faint hope that.

Like your “proof” the PO never got my envelope. I bet they did you know.

Proving a negative.

Autistics can't comprehend the logic problems with that.

So when a person is informed by Post Office Management that no such letter or parcel is registered or appears in any record .... then such a person HAS a problem. Not you 2 multi junkie Mongs.😂🤣😆

Get out of here. And take the BS you 2 tosspots have smeared everywhere back to your usual cave - Monks Manure Mound.

It means that AusPost cannot find the item.

It's not proof that the item did not arrive...

FMD! It IS PROOF that the item did not get to that post office TO BE registered you ignorant tosspot. Keep googling. Oh and don’t forget to look up the term Rorschach. 😂🤣😆

No, it's not proof that it didn't arrive. It could have arrived and been lost or stolen at the Post Office.

FMD you’re a dumbarse! When it arrives it gets registered. Why?? So it DOESN’T GET LOST you insufferable tosspot! Now Master Moron...pick up all your BS and your multi troll buddy Demented Drunk and head back to his Manure Mound. Oh ... have you looked up the term Rorschach yet?

No experience with issues in Post offices, then.

AusPost cannot determine where an item was likely lost unless it is tracked.

And, if the item was stolen from within the post office, no trace of it will likely be found.

Unregistered items are the most likely to be stolen.

Have you quite finished?

Nothing you’ve posted is relevant to this matter. You’re not understanding what’s happened. You’ve always had this issue irrespective of the fake multi is you use.

One more time for Master Moron :

When a Post Office registers incoming mail that’s awaiting collection it completes an entry on a register. Said entries are then signed off by 2 officers.

Incoming mail awaiting collection at the post office is treated differently.

Now ... earlier today I stated to you that Monk made the decision to send cash in an envelope. Aussie had no say in it. Monk did what he did and took the associated risks but ultimately the Post Office in question has NO RECORD of an envelope sent by Monk to Aussie under the particular names stated. No record on their register whatsoever.

I’ve been posting this over and over again to you but you just never bothered to read my post to understand that it’s not a matter for Aussie ... he’s telling the truth! Australia Post has confirmed that the relevant recipient’s name is not registered anywhere in their records for anything awaiting collection nor has it any record by the relevant sender’s name.

Ok Master Baiter...I’m back.

Have you now had a chance to read my post again? If so then you too could see that Monk and only Monk is the bona fide moron of the century for deciding how to return another poster’s money ie via cash in an envelope.

Aussie did not have a say in that. In fact Monk insisted on the terms of how he was going to send it back ...and we were all struggling to understand why Monk was going to wait days to get to a bank to withdraw $60 cash to then place in an envelope to then send to a post office. So many of us suggested that he send Aussie an e gift card (which would take him 60 seconds and could be done remotely). As it turned out...we finally learned that  Drunk needed more TIME to get the money because he had used up Aussie’s money (ie Drunk had nothing in his bank account to afford to send the e gift voucher by email to Aussie).

So from the get go...Dumbarse DropKick Drunk has only attempted to deceive EVERYONE on OzPol. That’s who your troll buddy is! Good luck and don’t ever lend him money! Drunk is an old pushing 80 lonely reclusive alcoholic who is financially unstable and ethically bankrupt. The old dump he lives in now is in the shittiest part of Tasmania (near Antarctica) and cost him a pitiful amount (the same as one of our cars). Even then ... the pathetic 80 yr old alcoholic tosspot relied on his 100 yr old mother to die first so he could grab whatever cash he could to afford SOMETHING SOMEWHERE.

Look Freediver has warned us all about Dumbarse Drunk. Many times. I’m more than happy to remind everyone about those warnings. In fact I have the relevant screenshots of Freediver’s warnings re Drunk. Shall I post them up?
