Cops don’t investigate the theft of an iPhone worth hundreds of dollars, they would laugh and toss Shonk’s referral of the $60 into the bin.

Shonk “did not call the PO” but has “tried to refer the matter to the police” then “sent a letter to the PO” MONTHS after the envelope was collected/redirected by Shonk.

“No effort to collect the $60,”

You should know Shonk was playing the game that I knew his account details, you mentioned that yourself. If I did know, like 2-3 years ago, Shonk had lots of time and opportunity to remove all that and cover his traces.
